ChatGPT Artificial Intelligence (AI) Is Revolutionizing Work. Let ChatGPT AI Help You In So Many Ways. ChatGPT AI Master

Our take
Based on the ratings of 130,635 students and a sample of their written reviews, the syllabus, the course as of July 2026. No course pays to be reviewed.
Steve Ballinger's course is a long set of screen demos showing what ChatGPT can do for ordinary office work: emails, reports, summaries, translation, presentation scripts, some light code debugging, and image creation. The syllabus runs to 164 lectures over about 18 hours, updated in July 2026 for GPT-5, with newer sections on multi-step workflows and prompt engineering. Around 284,000 students have enrolled and it carries a 4.5 rating from about 131,000 reviews. It is aimed squarely at people who have opened ChatGPT once or twice and want ideas, not at anyone who already prompts with confidence.
Reviewers like the bite-size modules that fit around a busy week, the practical examples they can use the same day, and Ballinger's pleasant, easy to follow delivery. The complaints are consistent though. The word that keeps appearing in the three, two and one star reviews is repetition: the same points made across many lectures, too much time spent reading ChatGPT's output back, and one reviewer's guess that the content would fit in three hours. Others mention outdated bits, typos, lectures that end abruptly, and no clear line between what the free and paid ChatGPT plans can do.
A 37 lecture Retired Lectures section, about five hours, is still in the syllabus, so the useful runtime is shorter than the headline figure. Beginners who learn by watching someone try things will find it a reasonable paid pick beside the broader Complete AI Guide, which also covers Claude and other tools. Anyone wanting depth or a tight, structured method will, going by the reviews, find it padded and might do as well spending an afternoon inside ChatGPT itself.
Pros
- Bite-size lectures on concrete office tasks: emails, reports, summaries, translation, presentation scripts
- Refreshed in July 2026 with sections on GPT-5, image creation and multi-step workflows
- Reviewers describe the teaching as pleasant, clear and easy to follow for people new to AI
- Includes an ethics and limitations section alongside the productivity demos
Cons
- Heavy repetition: low-star reviewers say the same points recur and the course could be half the length
- Some material is out of date and there is no clear split between free and paid ChatGPT features
- A five hour Retired Lectures section pads the 18 hour total, and some lectures end abruptly
It is in bite size modules so can fit it in easily around a busy life
Listed as All Levels with no prerequisites, but it really suits beginners; experienced ChatGPT users call it basic and padded.

I asked ChatGPT some questions about itself and here are the answers.
What is ChatGPT?
I am ChatGPT, a large language model developed by OpenAI. I use deep learning algorithms to understand natural language and generate responses to questions or prompts. Essentially, I'm a computer program designed to mimic human conversation and provide helpful answers and insights on a wide range of topics.
What Are The Benefits Of ChatGPT?
There are several benefits of using ChatGPT, including:
Availability: ChatGPT is available 24/7, so users can get answers to their questions or engage in conversation at any time of day.
Speed: ChatGPT is capable of processing large amounts of data quickly, so users can get responses to their queries in a matter of seconds.
Convenience: ChatGPT can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, making it a convenient tool for people who need information or assistance on-the-go.
Consistency: ChatGPT's responses are consistent and accurate, regardless of the user's mood, tone, or location. This helps to ensure that users receive reliable information every time they use the service.
Personalization: ChatGPT can be trained on specific topics or industries, allowing it to provide personalized answers and insights tailored to the user's needs.
Overall, ChatGPT is a powerful tool that can help individuals and businesses save time and effort by providing quick, reliable, and personalized responses to their questions and queries.
What Is The Difference Between The Different Versions Of ChatGPT?
The different versions of ChatGPT have evolved significantly, each bringing enhanced capabilities, improved performance, and additional features. Here’s a summary of the key differences between ChatGPT-3.5, ChatGPT-4.0, and ChatGPT-4.0o:

My focus is helping professionals use ChatGPT and AI with more confidence, clarity, and practical purpose. I’m also in the top 3% of ChatGPT users worldwide (According to OpenAI) which means I spend a lot of hands-on time testing what actually works in real use and not just chasing the latest AI hype.
Many people know AI is important, but they feel overwhelmed by the constant updates, confusing features, and pressure to keep up. They wonder: What should I actually use AI for? Am I prompting it correctly? How do I avoid generic answers? What is safe to put into AI? How do I avoid losing my own judgment?
That is where I can help.
My style is friendly, practical, and engaging. I like to make complex topics feel simple, useful, and even fun. Instead of flooding you with theory or buzzwords, I focus on real workplace problems turning scattered thoughts into useful next steps.
My courses are designed to be clear, practical, and easy to apply. Instead of overwhelming you with theory or technical jargon, I focus on examples, prompts, workflows, and step-by-step demonstrations you can actually use.

I have learned a lot more from this course than I actually expected. Taking it helped me to realize that was not nearly using ChatGPT’s to its full potential. I highly recommend taking this course, because it teaches you various things you can use ChatGPT for, ways to get the best results for your inquiries and it updates you as ChatGPT evolves.

I starte to integrate chatgpt in my work just basic stuff, and so far is a great tool and has help me to complete tasks at an incredible faster pace. So I wanted to take the couse to learn other ways I can integrate it in my work.
By Jeff Thelen on 4/9/2026
The instructor is pleasant, there is a great deal of good information, but there is a ridiculous amount of repetition, and too much time is spent reading results back. I think defining a structured approach to evolving a chat and demonstrating that through the course might be more helpful.

A good first, complete basic ChatGPT course. You might already know some things, but it's a great start to learn about all the broad things ChatGPT and AI can do, before diving in deeper into ChatGPT/AI.
By Andrew Cauldwell on 3/23/2026
Great that this training is updated regularly and teaches the latest aspects of ChatGPT. This training has a lot of depth, but still there is much to learn beyond this course.
By Maricel T. Gicana on 3/15/2026
The course is timely and relevant, showing how AI tools like ChatGPT can transform workflows, improve productivity, and support decision-making in both public and private sectors. It provides practical applications, such as drafting messages, summarizing reports, and generating ideas, which are directly useful for professionals and students.

ChatGPT’s training is so well explained that it not only showcases the depth of AI learning but also highlights countless practical ways it can be applied to enrich everyday life.
