I asked ChatGPT:
Prompt: "Explain in a friendly manner to a business professional why learning how to write good prompts is the key to getting the most out of ChatGPT." Here is the result.
Imagine ChatGPT as your super-smart, AI-powered genie – it's ready to grant your wishes, but it needs clear instructions. And that's where your skill in crafting prompts comes in! Writing good prompts is like giving your genie a crystal-clear map to find the treasure of precise, helpful, and spot-on responses.
See, ChatGPT is this genius AI that's been trained on tons of text. It's got knowledge on tap, but it's not a mind-reader (yet!). When you give it a prompt, your words guide it on what to focus on. So, if your prompt is vague or unclear, you might end up with responses that leave you scratching your head.
But fear not! Learning to write stellar prompts is like being a master communicator. You want to be specific, give context, and maybe even throw in a few hints. Imagine you're explaining your idea to a friend who's really interested but doesn't know all the background info. That's the kind of clarity ChatGPT craves!
Here's the golden nugget: Good prompts lead to goldmine responses. Want accurate answers? Nail that prompt. Craving creative ideas? Craft a prompt that tickles ChatGPT's imagination. Dreaming of coherent conversations? Yep, you guessed it – an awesome prompt is your ticket!
Think of it as a dance between you and your AI partner. You take the lead with a well-crafted prompt, and ChatGPT waltzes in with a response that wows. It's like teamwork to create magic!
So, if you're looking to make the most of ChatGPT's wizardry, honing your prompt-writing skills is your secret sauce. It's like giving your genie the best map to navigate the vast universe of information. Get ready to see ChatGPT conjure up brilliance based on your prompts – your AI adventure awaits!
I asked ChatGPT:
Prompt: "What is ChatGPT. Explain in a friendly manner to a business professional." Here is the answer.
Hey there, business pro! Let's dive into ChatGPT in a way that makes sense for your world. Imagine having a super-smart virtual assistant for all your language-related tasks – that's where ChatGPT comes in!
ChatGPT is an advanced AI language model developed by some really brainy folks. It's like having an AI team member who's excellent at understanding and generating human-like text. You can use it for a bunch of things, from drafting emails and writing reports to brainstorming ideas and even helping with customer interactions.
Think of it as your AI language sidekick. You can provide it with prompts – that's the stuff you want to talk about or ask – and it responds with text that sounds natural and professional. It's like having a skilled writer on call whenever you need it.
Here's the scoop on how ChatGPT works: It has learned from loads of text from the internet, books, and other sources. This means it's soaked up a massive amount of language patterns and knowledge. When you give it a prompt, it uses this knowledge to generate responses that are relevant and coherent.
Keep in mind, though, that ChatGPT isn't flawless. Sometimes its responses might need a bit of tweaking to match your specific tone or context. But hey, it's a real time-saver! Imagine having a tool that can draft ideas, answer questions, and help you communicate effectively, all without needing a coffee break.
In the business world, ChatGPT can be a handy assistant for crafting emails, generating content, or even fine-tuning your company's chatbot responses. It's like a language wizard that can help you work smarter and faster.

My focus is helping professionals use ChatGPT and AI with more confidence, clarity, and practical purpose. I’m also in the top 3% of ChatGPT users worldwide (According to OpenAI) which means I spend a lot of hands-on time testing what actually works in real use and not just chasing the latest AI hype.
Many people know AI is important, but they feel overwhelmed by the constant updates, confusing features, and pressure to keep up. They wonder: What should I actually use AI for? Am I prompting it correctly? How do I avoid generic answers? What is safe to put into AI? How do I avoid losing my own judgment?
That is where I can help.
My style is friendly, practical, and engaging. I like to make complex topics feel simple, useful, and even fun. Instead of flooding you with theory or buzzwords, I focus on real workplace problems turning scattered thoughts into useful next steps.
My courses are designed to be clear, practical, and easy to apply. Instead of overwhelming you with theory or technical jargon, I focus on examples, prompts, workflows, and step-by-step demonstrations you can actually use.

Clear topics, easy to follow content, and live examples make the vague and overwhelming topic of "AI prompt" into something that I can actually see myself doing AND being successful at it!
By Jeroen Luyten on 7/16/2026
This is a general Udemy issue: the role plays time out way before I'm ready with the task. I use text prompting (not audio), because I am taking the course in an office. This seems to be much slower than speaking to the LLM.
By Gene Koesling on 7/14/2026
The presenter is clearly enthusiastic, though at times I find his speech and pronunciation (or perhaps enunciation) a bit rushed. The content is very good and I'm sure it'll be useful. A lot of that material seems to be common sense but that may be due entirely to the way it is presented. I'm interested in how the assessment is graded; Icorrectly answered 28 of 31 questions which (by my calculations) means I got 90.3% but the summary said my score was 101 out of a possible 200 and that I scored higher than 51% of learners. Am I to understand that this is scored on a bell-curve and that no other learners had more than 6 incorrect answers?

Thank you for the insightful session and for sharing your expertise with us. Your clear explanations, practical examples, and engaging approach made the topic easy to understand and highly valuable. I truly appreciate the time and effort you invested in making this learning experience meaningful and impactful. Looking forward to applying these learnings in my work. Thank you once again for your guidance and support.

The lecturer has some microphone issues, so some of it isn't clear. Some of the course is basically just "Ask AI a question to get an answer" but later on in the course he does provide useful techniques to refine the prompts for better answers/results. The image generation section could have been skipped entirely as it shows low detail prompts generating poor quality images, might have been better to show what high quality image generation results look like and direct to a course on that specifically rather than generating canoes with clearly incorrect paddles or basketballs that looks like some sort of eldritch horror. Overall though, really good intro course that forces you to think about "How can I get better results from my prompts". I would recommend this for anyone who wants to learn the basics of how to use AI

I Got the lot of information apart from concepts wise i will improve my AI skills and prompt engineering LLM Development as well. Thank you for the supporting this mandatory training skills.
By Maarten Solinger on 5/18/2026
Well thought out course structure wise, concise and to the point, one point that doesn't influence my rating is that the audio in some videos fluctuated in volume and quality.
By PingChong Tan on 3/27/2026
Course has good breakdown and gives practical example. Course speed is spot on and easy to understand. 1 thing to take note that this might be slightly dated, as it refers to Google Bard as the Google AI which is pre 2024. Although the techniques are largely the same, just that I might need to refresh myself with a little Gemini specific function to have a complete understanding. Nonetheless, the important part here is regarding the way we phrase our prompts in order to get the best curated information or outcome that is beneficial to what we want it to do.
By Taryn OHara on 3/23/2026
This was really helpful to assist with beginners learning on how to improve your prompting on AI. It would be useful if there were downloadable documents explaining the main points of the different prompt types for future reference.
By Matthew Ross on 2/23/2026
Very educational, as I am seeing just how versatile ChatGPT/AI LLMs are in terms of supporting us humans in our daily lives! Sometimes I find the instructor a tiny bit hard to understand, but nearly every time, I am able to figure out what he is saying. Well done, overall! :)
