The content is excellent, well presented. Be sure to use a good browser, such as MS Edge or Google Chrome. I had issues using Brave, but the instructor was very helpful at resolving the issues.

The course is fine. The instructor is knowledgeable. It is good that the instructor showed us the physical equipment for most of the Meraki products. The instructor provided not only theory but also plenty of demos using the Dashboard. He also guided us to get a Cisco Dashboard demo which you can only see but cannot modify. The only drawback (and it's not the instructor's fault ) is that in 2025 the menu of the demo dashboard has changed to a new interface in some of the menus.

The accent and pronunciation in a large number of these courses are poor, which detracts from their overall effectiveness and value. AI voiceovers have become increasingly popular on social media, and content creators on Udemy could learn a lesson (pun intended) from their social media counterparts to improve the quality and impact of their courses. Taking it a step further, Udemy should consider enforcing stricter quality standards for the content offered on the platform.
