It focuses mostly on construction contracts - so if you do any other kind of contract work, only parts of this will be applicable. Some of the quiz questions were conceptual in nature about topics that were not fully explained or discussed in the lessons. There is some good organizational advice, and I appreciated that each lesson was not only time-efficient but stayed on topic and didn't wander or talk about anything not related to the lesson. Easy to watch a handful of lessons at a time without getting bogged down by unrelated items.

Koray Demis's "Complete Contract Management Bootcamp" covers all the gamuts of contract management in sufficient detail for a startup course. This course gives a very solid foundation & makes perusing advance course pretty easier. Resources are abundant. Koray Demis's explaining is pretty good. Sectionalising course into appropriate topics makes it easier to referencing or focused studying. All in All this is SUPER STAR course.

I have experience in contract management for more than 8 years but it is always nice to learn new things / new perspectives. This course is very well structured. If someone is new in the contract management sector, he / she can take this course before starting the job and can foresee what is waiting for him / her. One pill to cover all gaps. The lecturer shows that he is very competent of the details of contract management.

the pronunciation of the instructor was very poor, the course content were more designed for PMP contract and didn't elaborate any information about other industries. Value explanation about contract itself (how to develop and prepare content) explained from construction and PMP view, not explained other contract such as commercial, trading and others.

I am really enjoining the course. Full of contents and real life examples. Additionally, I would like to request to provide some templates or used documents about how to write effective contractual letters and business emails with example in case to case on the downloadable resources option to use it for our project specially for those who want to enter newly in contract management jobs. One of the best structured courses on Udemy. Great presentation, knowledge base, Resources. Above all the enthusiasm of the Instructor is very nice. Covers everything that a novice, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or an Entrepreneur should know for successfully mitigating any adverse implications. Subject is presented in a way to familiarize first with the terms and delving into practical aspects in terms of contract administration. Course material provides useful templates that can be used in real world projects with very minimal customization. I believe that the course material would be very beneficial for contract administrators stating their career, and it would also be a good refresher for more senior ones.
