It's a comprehensive financial modeling and valuation course. The teaching method is quite easy to understand. However, I think the assumption part is just a surface level, and most of them are just done by seeing the ratios in the past (no story, no macro analysis, etc). Good for beginners. But for those who want to practice a more critical thinking on the assumption, this might not be the best option.

Loved the course, even though the instructor could go deeper on the valuation methods and give more ideas of which data is the most important, it gave a really good description of the most importants calculations in the valuation process. Only the WACC formula, from what i saw, is incomplete. should be: Cost of Debt (1-tax rate) * Debt /( Debt + Equity) + Weighted Cost of Equity * Equity / (Debt + Equity)

This was a detailed and well structured course. With this, now I have a good idea about how companies are valued and the financial modelling is done. Also, taking Walmart as an example was a good idea as it shows how this is actually done in the real world and can be easily replicated for other companies as well. Thank you, this was really helpful :)

I do gained a deep comprehension about company valuation after listened and practiced with this lecture. However, it only covers the basic way to conduct a business valuation by mainly focusing on forecasting a company financial statement, and use it to estimate the future worth of the company. It did not explore other methods, like the Income Multiplier Method, Dividend Discount Model (DDM). Anyway, I did not feel regrets of this purchase. Still learned something from it. Thank you.

It was detailed and really well explained course. The only thing that I think could be improved is the discussion on how to arrive at the Cost of Debt, Cost of equity and debt to equity weightage while calculating the WACC. Apart from that the entire course was very well explained in depth which will help any fresher to learn the basic skills of valuation.

The course is ideally suited for novices who are eager to learn more about valuation. I appreciated the step-by-step instructions on how the model was constructed, which allowed me to follow and comprehend the rationales in depth. It would be even better if the breakdown of assets, liabilities, and equity was more detailed and showed grouping methods, so that it would be more comparable to reading financial statements on paper. Overall, the course is exceptional, and I'm willing to learn further after the course.

I was really excited about learning this course. Well I have studied many books about valuation of the company whereas I came for real time valuation course which will help me to know the real practice of doing the valuation of a company. I totally enjoyed seeing all the videos and the instructor explained in a very great manner. Well it will definitely help many people to know about the practical experience of valuation of a company. I've been reading books on valuation, however, they are full of theory, and explain the steps to complete the process in paragraphs and paragraphs of text. This course will show you the tactical side of the process, step by step. This is exactly what I was looking for to know that I can apply all those book pages in reality, with an actual, tangible result.

I'm not a commerce student and this course helped me a lot to understand valuation.

The course is good but I think there should be some more module for Cash flow statement.
Because every company way of presenting the cash flow statement is different compare to their income and balance sheet.
