Excel: Data cleaning and analysis techniques (Udemy.com)

This course was good - I always enjoy learning new things in Excel. I think the practice assignment was a little more challenging than what was covered in class. Personally, I would have liked a slightly slower pace and a written explanation about what each formula does as a resource take away. For example: it would have been good to have something for future reference that explained "LEN will give the length of characters in a cell". I definitely learned some new tools that should become easier with practice.

The topics in this lessons are functions I encountered before, but I haven't actually applied yet by myself. This has helped me understand the formulas in a detailed manner, and it was very easy to understand. I hope to learn more helpful excel functions in the future.

The functions covered in the course such as LEN, TRIM, FIND, CONCATENATE etc were nicely explained. What I got confused with was an assignment with a totally new function. You should have given some overview about it and then asked us to explore. it would have been much better.

Yes, The Course definitely met and exceeded my expectations as I am working on Data analysis projects and these functions of Excel explained clearly helps clean up the data well for further analysis, Will definitely implement many functions that I now learned in my future projects, Thank you Team!

Very good at explaining concepts and why they are necessary. For the practice assignment, I feel like I was not prepared well enough to complete it without looking at the solutions. I am going to be skipping the practice assignment until we go over what "VLOOKUP" is.

It's a very good course to get familiarized with basic and important excel TEXT functions. Only one suggestion is that more functions can be added to make it a more comprehensive course. Also the practise assignment had some topics that were not covered in the lessons. It is a recommended course to get up to speed with excel TEXT functions.

I learned more from this 1 hour course then i ever did in 6 years of college. highly recommend. my only complaint is that it could have used more practice problems, and the only practice problem provided used a function not covered in this module. still, highly recommend grabbing this during a sale.

There is much more to learn about Data cleaning and analysis, this course covers only a meaningful proportion of it. It is still very succesful and inspiring though. In summary it is a short but effective training which gives and inspires new ideas esp. Section 12 and It's solution is which i liked most about the course.

The course was excellent. My only suggestion is when saying something like "Press Control D" follow that by saying "D as in Dog" so that if that it's not confused with the letter B.

I found the accent difficult on times Sometimes it went to fast for me in the process When instructed to use Ctrl and down arrow my cursor took me to the wrong cell (1048576 instead of 1007) I thought this course was excellent, however, it was too complex for me and I couldn't grasp the commands and understand the process. It would help to also have a print out of instructions so I could follow it again in my own time and repeat it over and over, without the necessity to keep up with the instructor.
