Zero labs, Even if the certification does not include any hands on, labs are still needed to relate and remember topics. The course wants you to cram each and every service without showing the actual AWS console. After few sections into the course, it gets hard to recollect what was taught in prev lecture. Your mind can't draw any visuals to relate with services. However, I do like the way Ryan teaches.

I cleared Machine Learning Specialty Exam in one shot. I am sharing my experience. I would say this course is good for theoretical learning. I appreciate that the content is provided which is very structured. But again this one course and material are not enough to pass the exam. I purchased Stephan's course, and Whizlab's course also. To be frank the quiz which is provided by Dr. Ryan is not 10% near to the real exam. Use Whizlab's quizzes which are very similar to the exam. This real exam will test your core knowledge of Machine learning with the right use of the services, parameters, and right approach. Don't follow one course or material blindly, take notes from the internet as well. Best of luck with your exam.

Highly recommended. This is a powerful course to help student study AWS ML. 1. This course includes presentations well prepared – easy to understand, easy to memorize, knowledge delivery, exam focus. 2. The course includes short quiz for absorbing the lectures. 3. PDF file is a great resource even after the lecture time, even after the exam. 4. This course helps to picture AWS ML family. The picture helps AWS win, helps student win. 5. Is this course too long? I believe it does take close to 20 hours to go over all these features provided by AWS ML tool sets. Further compression probably cannot get the job done. Any downside? Have not found any.

Really mixed thoughts on how to rate this course. I finished it all (except special content codes that I stopped tracking after first few didn't work). Love the course for lot of breadth of topics to cover that this course does well. But depth of knowledge is superficial. Some cut-pastes from AWS documentation on slides that one can read at 1/5th the time spent on listening teacher read them from slides. 0 practicals, 0 live demo, 0 focus on deeper understanding of the topic, at times it feels like AWS sales person speaking. Lots of repetition, although the teacher emphasizes 20 times that this is focused lecture. I appreciate the effort the teacher has taken to cover the breadth. If I may suggest, reduced repetition can be replaced with practicals, that will enhance student understanding of the topic. No reading from the slides please, doesn't add any value in my humble opinion. Thank you for your efforts. I did learnt lot from theory but this course leaves me more hungry for knowledge than before I started with it.

Overall impression of the course is quite positive and it covers a lot of interesting topics. Quizes after each lecture indeed help to get the material better. At the same time some topics are covered at the very basic level, namely the lecturer just reads the slide and that it. Moreover there are some questions in couple quizes that are not explained or even mentioned in preceding lecture so the only option is to try and guess.

Very thorough and clear instruction. I like the gamification as it helped me get through each section. The bonus practice questions are good. My suggestion for improvement is to have explanation on the answers just like you have done with the quizzes. Now, I can just go back to the sections/videos that I need additional review.

Great course! A few recommendations: 1) Several slides have misspelled words and should be corrected -- I recognize that English is not the instructor's first language, I was impressed with his English fluency 2) In my opinion, the technology demonstrations (for example what was presented in the AI/ML Youtube video) were really effective. I would employ more technical demonstrations to convey key points. This course is the most comprehensive course on Udemy dealing with AWS Machine Learning certification.

Course is very good. The course is framed really well. For instance the way course divided into 4 sections gives students more awareness about what they are learning and the quizzes at the end of lectures gives students more confidence. However, I have noticed some grammatical errors and incomplete sentences/missing words in some of the slides. Also, the quiz at the end of each lectures are too short (only 2 questions max) and too simple. The quality of bonus quiz also can be improved, in such a way that it resembles the actual AWS exam questions. I noticed some duplicate questions in bonus material. Overall Great work by Ryan.

Of the several courses available on udemy for AWS ML certfication, as well as acloudguru.com's course----this course is the most comprehensive and detailed and has been my goto source for prep. I appreciate the numerous small quizzes scatter throughout the course; however, questionwise, I do feel this course is overall lacking in terms of the complexity required for the actual exam. If the instructor can continue to produce more detailed, complex questions, perhaps expand on his exam simulator course (just one full fledged exam), it place his course as the market leader. Highly recommended course. Have purchased several other courses by this instructor as a result of my impressions. What would be epic is if the instructor also produces an AWS Analytics (the former Big Data) cert course!!!!!

It is a good match for me, since I have experience with AWS Sagemaker, S3 and a little Redshift. I also have experience with developing ML models and a few AI models.

In the early part of the course - it is almost entirely read from slides written, but the instructor instills confidence that he owns these slides and they are a benefit to know they exist for reference.
