I feel the teacher is omitting a lot of information when explaining. he explains things assuming the person knows about the topic. The class does not provide resources or notes, which are essential given the fact that the course is so long.

Easy to understand.

Installing the operating system takes a very long time, and there are errors that I have to research to answer my questions. I would also like a deeper explanation of each system as we cover them. For example, explaining what Ubuntu is. I understand it’s a Linux distribution, but why is Ubuntu chosen over GNOME or any other variant? Feedback on Course Structure: The course structure could be improved, as it introduces topics, such as specific operating systems like Ubuntu, without providing sufficient foundational context. For instance, the course references Ubuntu but does not explain its role as a Linux distribution or why it is preferred over other variants like GNOME (noting that GNOME is a desktop environment, not a Linux distribution, which indicates a need for clearer distinctions). This lack of prerequisite information can confuse learners, as it assumes familiarity with concepts that have not yet been covered. A more effective structure would include introductory explanations of key terms and concepts, such as what a Linux distribution is, the role of desktop environments like GNOME, and the rationale for choosing specific systems like Ubuntu, before diving into installation processes or troubleshooting errors.
