CompTIA Security+ (SY0-701) Practice Exams (Udemy.com)

I passed Sec+ with 2 weeks of studying. I utilized Andrew’s course and his book “last minute cram”. He’s in my opinion one of the best if not the best with explaining everything with simple examples and nothing complex. I would 100% recommend his course, book and practice test. If you take all of it and put in the work you will 100% pass. Thank you Andrew!

I found the security+ course that went along with these practices test to be very good. However, these tests had a lot of problems. Duplicate questions in the same test, weird typos, even had a question that only had the last line and the rest of the question was missing. I'm happy I got this paid for through my job or I would not have been happy to spend money on it.

The questions were very realistic to the exam, helped me pass, but every so often there were poorly typed questions, repeated questions, questions with impossible answers etc. This was far outweighted by the good questions, but it does become bothersome, as you have to calculate your own score by removing bad questions from the number. Another issue is that sometimes there were too many questions of a given subject in a singular exam and few of another. While I imagine this might happen, it might not be the best representation of the exam. I still recommend it, most questions are good and realistic.

Good questions. Be sure to answer them in the spirit intended. What are they asking for and what are they testing exactly? Answer that first and then choose the answer that fits.

Andrew, Thank you for the course material and clear explanation. I just passed my sec+ today. You last minute content is amazing and it was helpful.

I used it as a mock exam and passed 3 times out of 5 and scored above 70% in other. I found couple of question repetetive. Questions difficulty level and explanation of solution is quite informative. It don't cover PBQs and it is not mentioned in the course description. Actual exam have 4 PBQs and 70 MCQs (In my case).

Mr. Andrew explained things clearly to be easily understood. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased his Network+ course too. I don’t plan to sit for the exam but I’d like to have the knowledge. I’ll be sitting for the Security+ exam in a couple weeks after I finish the labs and mock exams. Thanks so much for your effort in providing this course for newbies to Security like myself!

This course is the best you can find to grasp security concepts and pass your CompTIA Security+ Certification. After taking it with TIA, it took me only ten days to review the notes and complete practice tests to pass my exam on the first try. Thank you.
