I couldnt install the Guru plug-in. Basically, the entire section after installation of guru was useless to me. The last plug in was from 2014. It didnt even work for me.

I was able to learn from scratch how to create my own course using Matthews course alone which is a pretty big achievement. Its step by step and covers everything you need to know.

Just landed at lesson three and learned that in order to complete this course I need to buy a program called Guru (by iJoomla) which costs $297. This additional cost should be made VERY clear - up front - in the description of the class.

I may look at getting the extension if I ever become serious about doing a Commercial e-learning course. I am glad he covered this topic and was able to see what the extension could do. There was some missing instruction, but otherwise did a good job with the course.
