Its opened up ways of thinking and how i apply myself to certain situations, unknowingly acting bias on people and their expertise and how i've come to now recognize other's bias actions. I likes the self recognition in terms of career perspective - i seem to have not been clear in terms of my position as a manager as i would need to practice ; a Calm Mind allows for calmer thoughts and processing of information.

For me the interesting thing is how not to make decisions based on our own interpretations of the situation in general, but to analyze in detail the issues and in case we do not have a clear idea ask for another opinion.
