Cyber Security SOC Analyst Training - SIEM (Splunk) (Udemy.com)

It was a good match for me especially with my role as a SOC Analyst for my organisation. It exposed me to some critical analytic tools necessary for threat intelligence and recommendations.

Der Kurs war sehr sehr vielseitig und umfangreich. Es wurde sehr viel praktisches, direkt anwendbares Wissen vermittelt, mit sehr vielen Beispielen. Auch gibt es noch Zusatzmaterial, aus dem man viel lernen kann. Viele viele übersichtliche Tabellen. Beim Zusatzmaterial finden sich auch sehr gute Zeichnungen. Man muss also nicht versuchen, selbst ein Netzwerk aufzuzeichnen. Die Zeichnungen am Anfang des Kurses könnten etwas verwirren. Deshalb lohnt es sich, direkt in die Zusatzmaterialien zu schauen, auch wenn sie teilweise erst zum Ende des Kurses gehören. Danke, danke, lieber Ragho :-) Klar, an die englische Aussprache von Indern muss man sich erstmal gewöhnen (am Anfang versteht man fast nichts). Aber irgendwann konnte ich die Augen zumachen und ihm zuhören :-))))

Its very very very good course for who want learn cybersecurity SOC analyst .Must recommended course and thanks to Mr. Raghav for this wonderful course . I got lot of lot of knowledge ,Thank you very very much for this course. for me it takes 4 months to complete this course. i done this along with my work. if you put full efforts and concentration u can complete this by 2 to 3 months sure . Thank you for provide this precious course by Udemy. Could you please upload the Ransomware Analysis videos as well. That really helpful. I would suggest you to reupload the videos in correct order.

Videos are not in sequential order. If you can change the sequential order it will more easy to understand and yes the explanation is excellent. we are requesting you to kindly arrange videos in order.

Instructor is good and really helpful. Was able connect with him for some resources and he shared those. His story telling way of teaching is good and helps to learn things with less effort.

This course will make you a better security analyst. However, the course is not well organized, there are gaps in the video and you will notice the continuity of the flow is wrong. You will notice a duplicate video as well. The lack of downloadable resources e.g. SIEM Use Cases also disappointed me. The first few sections acts as refresher knowledge until Splunk is discussed. Basically, you can skip until "Section 4". The one thing I like is that, everything is explain base on the lecturer's experience and knowledge, something you will never get on some courses.

Everyday ended with headache after session. Instructor all the time is using word "you know, you know you know x5" and ok ok ok ok ok. A bit annoying for long time session and often it was hard to understand him. Subtitles did help a bit but they were automatic with a lot of misspelling.
