Course Description
Everyone's dream is to travel the world.
Unfortunately, there are always reasons why they don't. Not enough money. No time. Other obligations. Terrorist attacks. Bad weather. No one to go with. It's not safe. Our kids are too young.
Today. Not next year (which never comes).
No matter the size of your bank account, or the age of your children, whether you are a single traveler, like Scott Paton, or are happily married with three children, like Ricky Shetty, this course will show you how you can create your own adventures anywhere in the world you want to go.
Ricky Shetty and Scott Paton will show you how you can travel the world. Ricky went from Vancouver, Canada, to South-East Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa before exploring South America and Central America. Scott left Vancouver and went the opposite direction, to Morocco, Sicily, Greece and Turkey, before exploring more of Europe.
Ricky took his family, including three very young children. Scott traveled alone.
Together, they share:
- How to get your accommodation sponsored
- How to get your accommodation free
- How to get your transportation sponsored
- How to get your sightseeing sponsored
- Why a Travel blog is crucial
- How to turn your blog into a profit centre
- The proper mindset for traveling
- And much more!
Ricky and Scott met in 2014 in Vancouver, BC, Canada, where they both live. This course was created while Scott was in Turkey and Ricky was in Brazil.
Life is too short and the world too amazing to sit at home. Now is the best time to visit beautiful, exotic places.

Its just more about highlighting how to do it but no in depth tutorials or step by step guide on how things work, and they just use this platform to promote more services that they sell. I mean, the title Digital Nomad Mastery, its kind of far-fetched and not clear enough. Everything they have discussed here you can actually watch free on youtube. I am sorry but, I am quite disappointed. Title is quite misleading.

This course is actually not for beginners as you have to have a blog, existing social media presence and some influence in order to implement all the tips that Ricky gave us. It was nice to hear your personal stories and I am glad you spoke about it, however, I felt that due to all this talking there was a time when you missed the point or haven't said something that you thought you have said. There were no in-depth explanations about some major points, such as travel blogging for an example. Maybe I am wrong but I felt like this lecture is incomplete. From another side, I love your personalities and the way you engage with your audience. I can see that both of you are professionals in what you do and it is interesting to hear about your journeys. It was easy to understand and follow the topics throughout the course. There are things that I've learned from you and websites that I heard of for the first time hence I appreciate that. Every new information and tip that has been given is very useful so thank you both for that. Take care and wish you the best in your careers.

This Course is really great so far. I Still have lots of questions about blogging specific stuff though and defining my niche and target audience as well as setting it up to create income streams to generate revenue with. I would like to get some assistance with the backend stuff to get everything up and running. I do know that I want to combine all my unique skills, artistic talents and interests together and pair it up with travel in order to to come up with my unique Artistic travel niche so I’m taking my time to work this out. I want to stand out and set myself apart from the crowd. Great insights are motivating me to make changes to my life and work through things. Thanks for the handy pitch email template as this will be really helpful.

A great travelling guide for anybody....however not all the tips are applicable for"sedentary" people who aren't that much engaged to internet... anyway, program was great, happy to purchase it..got so much to learn...(would be better if the instructor told some more about Asia) Thanks.

Just superficial information filled with personal anecdotes and lots of “fluff”

It was very exciting to hear from you guys Scot and Ricky, Finally, I have decided to get out fo my home and do some Travel. Although I am not a Big Fan of Travel, is worth to give a try after listening to you. I have also Joined the FB Group and I am out from Delhi on Holiday, Will be applying for Passport soon for world travel. It would be good for me to know to cut the cost while traveling even for a non-Blogger like me. Thanks again both. Peace. Jay Hind

I really enjoyed this presentation, because it was down to earth and positive. I have watched so many videos where I simply can't relate to the speakers/instructors and feel as though I could never accomplish what they did. That is NOT the case with Ricky and Scott! :) They are a couple of regular guys who have made their dreams of travel come true and they authentically want you to have the same experience and results they have had. Even during the course they insist that if they can do it YOU can too. There are some great tips to follow and steps to take that are acheivable to anyone who has the desire to travel. I am looking forward to the day when I connect with these gentlemen from some far off country, exploring the world with my family. I will always remember that it started here with this course. I am very grateful for the insight they have shared as it spurs me on my journey.

The guys come across as very likeable and have made a good presentation. But i would of liked for there to be a lot less on 'Why' they travel and how much they love it etc. and instead a bit more in depth detail on how to do it all, and include some examples. Such as once they first started their blogs, more in depth detail on how they built up their popularity to the point of being able to ask for sponsorship. How they got their first bit of monetization, how they got their first sponsored trip. How, How, How.

Well it turned out to be more of an introductory course touching somewhat briefly on subjects I was familiar with already. It could benefit from more personal insights on the challenges of being a (digital) nomad. What is a typical daily budget to live on? How to plan the budget. I guess not every time, every stay is sponsored or free. All in all, the course delivers on it's title. Cheers,

Thanks for the course. It was engaging but not exactly what I expected. I am interested in learning about creative strategies to fund travels, other than sponsorships. It was not clear to me through the introduction that the focus of the course will be on blog based sponsorships. I am not interested in blogging my travels and thought I will be exposed to other cost effective travel options. Happy to work while I travel, but not by publicly reporting my personal experiences. This is why I found the "free accommodation" session helpful. Unfortunately this was the only session within the course which met my expectations. Would love to learn more about alternative funding options.
