I liked the way he explained the concepts in detail from different angles. This course was geared for me, the grandma with a camera and the person who wants a career in sports photography. He spoke slowly and showed examples of his work and didn't use just professional equipment. If he has other courses...I'll be taking them. I'll also be watching this one again to help solidify. Instructor Bio
Don McPeak is an award-winning, recently retired contract photographer with USA TODAY and Reuters. With over 10,000 photo publication credits in major magazines (Sports Illustrated, ESPN, Sporting News) and hundreds of national and international sports web sites and daily papers, (CBS Sports, USA TODAY, SI, ESPN,) he is highly qualified and experienced to teach the exciting field of sports and action photography.
Perhaps the most notable aspect of his credentials is the fact that he has never had one minute of formal instruction in photography. His background is much the same as anyone taking his course. His learning came from experience as well as working with legends in the field. Now, his passion is to pass along what he learned from those masters to the next generation of budding sports shooters.
