This course teaches the basic principles of health and supplements (smoking is bad, exercise is good, high blood pressure is bad- level), not based on the latest research. Furthermore the lessons are not made interesting, it look likes she is reading the text and uses the word "eh" many times. A few examples; 800 IU of Vit D. This recommendation gives most people osteoporosis or osteopenia. Also it should be taken in combination with Vit K. HDL is good cholesterol and LDL is bad. Meat is bad and fiber is good. How come that the country with the highest meat consumption (Hong Kong), the people gets the oldest? Why do get elderly people with a higher cholesterol than their peers, outlive them? Why do people who suffer DM type 2, when their cholesterol is lowered, die sooner? I wish I could get my money back (and my hours I invested in this course). I didn't finish the course. After cardiovascular health and the cholesterol, I was done with it. It may get better, but I doubt that.
