There are wonderful medications. It is very thought-provoking and certainly gets you thinking about your life and the way you are navigating the good and the bad. I love the way you feel like you are in the room with the instructor and it is a conversation rather than someone talking at you. I really enjoyed this course. I will be taking more from this instructor.

WOW!! WOW!!!WOW!! WHAT A TRULY EMPOWERING COURSE! Even these words don’t really express what this course provides! I have always know that I am highly sensitive my whole entire life! Later I learned the term “empathic”! Although, I have always struggled to fit in and understand my self! Even to this day! Its like J.J. Is talking about me in everything! This course truly… truly breaks down patterns and helps you to understand yourself! ANd provides tools that will not only help me understand myself in such a deep level! But also how to build healthy boundaries but most of al,l how to protect myself! THIS COURSE IS SOLID GOLD!!!!

I loved this course. If anyone is trying to decide if this course is right for them, I assure you it is! I love Spirit and how when I ask for answers to a question I have, or ask for assistance in finding some bit of needed wisdom, my guides guide me to something or someone to deliver it. I had the experience of a previous learning session where I enjoyed Julian's energy and was grateful to have met his teaching style, which I appreciated. Therefore, I decided to take the course as his voice does project the "empathic" and motivates my spiritual beings. It is a most needed course for people that want to listen on how to cope with this trait of empathy as it guides you through using the gift in a very natural and motivated energetic flow. This instructor offers great courses, many of which I purchased. This one, for me, was not as effective. It is a personal thing. I appreciate that the instructor attempts to offer some resources on this topic and the course includes some very useful and easy meditations to include into one's own personal practice. However, it is more of a discussion, a personal account and interpretation of the instructor's personal experience with being an empath. He triggers reflection on this issue and makes interesting remarks...it is good food for thought. But it is not as practical-supported as I expected. All in all, interesting, but quite different from the instructor's other offerings on UDEMY.

And I love the example with the cheescake, I am that cheesecake! :) I also learned that it is easier to be on my own - because I am what I am and I am happy and excepted me how I am and I have to change for no one, I am what I am. The energy-vampires are so negative that we can feel that ... instead of walking towards and vampire we should always find our place to get our loving light and energy to be fully full of Love, so that we can give love - be love and give love! :) Wish you a wonderful weekend & christmas time! I really really needed this. This course has helped me understand more about being an empath and I'm currently surrounded by few negative energies from work and in my personal life. This has been a serious challenge and the strong vibration I get is extremely unpleasant at work especially, to the point of overwhelmed headaches and sick to my gut. But once I get fresh air, its all gone in an instant. Taking these classes and learning more about this gift has been making me stronger and my hopes and manifestation of having a better place to work without the stress of income is getting stronger and more clear and knowing that I will be ok and I can make so much more work out for the better down the road. What is going on around me is just a life lesson to see there is something bigger on the other side :) I really enjoy taking your courses and I can't wait to keep seeing new ones

I’ve read Empath books in the past, and even taken another (non-Udemy) course, but this offering could have been written specifically for me (and I dearly needed it). Amazing course, learned a lot of things about empathic life that I was not aware of. Course made me do a lot of reflecting on my life. Learned a lot of things about myself as an empath that I was doing wrong that I need to correct to live a more balanced life. I also learned which is hard for me and I did not realize how much I do it is to put myself as a priority and not feel guilty. I also realized how much an energy vampire can suck the life out of you. I just learned about situations in general that I can avoid not to drain me because I do get drained till the point of burn out. Julian is a great instructor and teaches in simple explanations and you can tell he cares about students in helping them best possible way. I also loved the meditations they will be really helpful and are much needed.

I've taken a lot of courses with Julian at this point, but I really, really needed this course. I am at the point where I know I'm an empath, and I have healing gifts, but not sharing those gifts regularly is "backing me up" and making me emotionally overwhelmed and drained. This course is giving me the tools I need to navigate life as an empath. I've read a lot of books about this, but this course is helping me more. Thanks, Julian.
