Been doing training for many years in various guises, was a little bit of a 'back to basics' refresher. Some good content but felt the tutor against a blank wall got a little boring and could probably have done with changing it up a little bit.

I genuinely think this course is excellent. It exceeded my expectations in several ways. The content is well-structured, starting with the fundamentals and gradually building up to more advanced concepts, so it never feels overwhelming. What I appreciated most is how clearly everything is explained—each topic is broken down into manageable pieces, and the examples make the ideas easy to understand and apply.

This course gave a clear, basic overview of all the key things to consider/prepare when getting ready to deliver a training session. I hadn't heard of the, "if you can hear me, clap once" technique, and I'll be keeping it in mind for rowdy classes in future.

Nice and concise, good examples for setting up and addressing groups. I generally get to do 1 on 1 with new hires so some of this doesn't apply, but still intriguing. The barking dog was a little distracting and the video quality was as good as I've come to expect on Udemy, but the course is spot on.
