The finance module course provided a comprehensive understanding of key financial concepts and practices. It covered essential topics such as budgeting, financial analysis, risk management, and financial reporting in a clear and structured manner. The course content was practical, engaging, and easy to follow, making it suitable for both beginners and professionals looking to enhance their financial knowledge. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience that strengthened my understanding of finance and its application in real-world business situations.

Hello Instructor, Hope I could hear from you and this is just my feedback. In Section No. 12. Calculating Enterprise and Equity value of the firm, from 2:45 - 2:48, you mentioned "We SHOULD NOT consider EXCLUDING any income from these assets...", it made it confusing since you used double negation. "Should Not" and "Exclude means do not include", which cancels "should not", thus, should we include it in computing equity value the income generated from Non-operating assets?

I hope you have a great day, the lecturer provide a detailed lectures about DCF , 3 statement model , how to find out revenue, operating expense , capex model, depreciation, each and everything which is related to financial modelling , most of the universities focus on theoretical approach but your lectures provide both ( theory +practical ) Thank you sir.

The course was very concise and covered practical valuation scenarios of well-known industry giants. The practical approach using published financial information was very insightful. A big thanks to the instructors. Would love additional information on the product demand forecasting and valuation of new companies/startups

The explanations are good, and you can follow the calculations. It is completely based on the prepared Excel-sheets, and not everything is explained in the videos, e.g. I didn't notice until video#41 that all values are in thousands. The structure of the sheets could be better - it is difficult to get an overview of the calculation sequence: Which values are raw-inputs you need to start? Which calculations can be done at what time? If you follow the steps, everything works, but there is a lot of jumping back and forth between the sheets, some redundant copy-past-actions and (unnecessary) complicated excel-functions to maintain a better looking sheet (e.g. for keeping an empty column). I would have preferred to see a clear calculation-sequence without beautiful sheets. Rearranging it for presentations etc. could be done afterwards.

The course is excellent, simple and well explained. The course has certain weakness when it ends and next when it continuous. The instructor is not left to end properly his presentation. Thus when the instructor starts the next section the student is left with a missing sentence. This weakness is not very important but must be remedy.

I think the lecturer should be more detailed about the DCF Valuation model for easier understanding. Also, because of the complexities of the course, especially for non-finance practitioners, a minimum of two real life cases should be treated and two to three practical exercises for assessment. This will entrench our knowledge and skill acquired from this course. However, the lecturer has earned my respect for his depth of knowledge and presentations. In the overall, I am glad I purchased this course and I have added to my skill and knowledge base.

The course was really useful and it has provided the nuances of financial forecasting and DCF valuation processes. The example of Tesla was very detailed and beneficial. Another example could have been included in the course reference that outlines the assumptions to forecast cash flows of a business/enterprise which doesn't have any historical / prior FY statements. Thanks for providing such a well-organized course.

Outstanding and a very Productive course. This course has given me a lot of value by explaining in detail every single concept like Forecasting, Valuation, Sensitivity Analysis, WACC, Enterprise Value. I would rather do a short course like this which explains difficult concepts one at a time in detail than long courses. I should have done this course sooner.

This study showed me a good example of how to evaluate a company and built a complete DCF model. After passing several courses and workshops at CFA and KPMG I still found the information here valuable and fundamental. I advise to ones who are interested in corporate finance and valuation to learn this course to achieve very important technical tools you need to vo value a company.
