I finally found what I have been looking for. I have purchased several courses in the past that turned out not to be what I wanted, but with this one, I fell in love with it after watching the preview. Kudos to the tutor for putting together such an excellent course

By Abdulrazzaq B. Sikiru, ACA on 6/7/2026

Feedback on Financial Modelling Course: Dear Udemy Team, I trust this message finds you well. Overall, my experience with the course has been very positive. One of the aspects I particularly appreciated was the practical exposure it provided. Often, when professionals discuss certain variables and concepts used in practice, they can seem highly complex or intimidating. However, this program has helped demystify many of those concepts and has given me valuable practical insight, which I consider one of its greatest strengths. That said, I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. Throughout the program, the instructor did not build a complete financial statement model from scratch, starting with assumptions, case scenarios and forecasts and carrying the process through to a fully developed model. Including such a comprehensive end-to-end exercise would significantly enhance the learning experience and help students better connect the various concepts taught in the course. Additionally, there were several instances where the audio quality was poor or inaudible, and some videos appeared blurry, particularly in the latter, more critical sections of the lessons. These technical issues can affect the overall learning experience and may leave some students feeling that they did not receive full value for their investment. I kindly encourage Udemy's management and course review team to consider these observations and, where possible, make the necessary improvements. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate the opportunity to learn through your platform and look forward to seeing continued enhancements to the learning experience. Kind regards, Abdulrazzaq Babatunde Sikiru, ACA

so far, so good, the course is helping .. Though i'm still freshly into it so i can't judge yet.

By Chelsea on 5/29/2026

yes, i did learn a lot! However, i noticed that some parts of the videos got cut in half...plus i think accounting/ratio fundamentals could be covered more in depth for a beginner level. for instance, what does market cap or enterprise value really mean? i had to use a lot of other supplementary materials to understand most of the time

By Kern Frame on 5/8/2026

I love the segment on formatting cells. It was very detailed, and I never knew I could do this, and it was a very simple process. Loved it.

By Wenzel Winanto on 1/11/2026

I took Financial Modeling & Valuation in Excel, and the lessons are wellstructured and easy to follow with plenty of practical, realworld examples. It covers the full workflow from building models in Excel to valuation, so I could learn step by step and actually apply it. Overall, it’s worth it, especially if you want a complete, hands on course.
