I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this course because its description was trying to fuse so many different concepts together, but once it got down into the weeds it made a lot of sense. I learned several new approaches to brainstorming that I would love to see our marketing department utilize at the start of our projects. It's worth mentioning that I work in a not for profit industry and while I worried I wouldn't be able to apply what I learned to my own work, my fears turned out to be unfounded. Frank is an experienced professional and was easy to follow in the videos. He also provided prompt feedback for the exercises.
