Honestly this was one of the more insightful courses on the topic of Culture and Competence that I have taken and I was able to easily map my team and develop some direction to get them where they need to be. I also found the portion on firing to be very helpful. I by nature wear my heart on my sleeve so that's something as a manager I dread. A lot of positive takeaways for sure.
