Great course. I passed it today and it was easy. Two hours were allocated and there were 40 questions. I finished the test in 35 minutes and reviewed for 30 more. I took this course with another Udemy practice course and many questions were the same. So the comments apply to one or both courses. Here are some comments: 1. About 10 questions were exactly the same those on the practice exams and another 5-10 were very similar. 2. The Looker questions were exactly the same regarding access. 3. The SQL code problem with the time averaging was the same. 4. There was a BQML question and it involved a time series, so ML.FORECAST. 5. There was a similar BQ row access control problem. 6. There were maybe 5 questions that had some things that I had not seen before but could derive. 7. The Dataflow Job Monitoring problem was there for pipeline issues. 8. Cloud Storage retention problems and BQ partitioning and ALTER TABLE was there. Final comments: I passed the PCA last year and it was much harder than the practice problems that I did. Here, the practice problems were harder than the exam and the problem descriptions were generally shorter that the practice which makes me think that some of the practice problems were derived from PDE. Good Luck!

Some of the videos have been really helpful and helped me to understand the key concepts. However, the practice exams were a bit confusing because even though I got a few questions correct, I was told I got it wrong... and furthermore, the explanation was contradictory. Eg. My answer 'A' was marked as wrong, but the explanation said 'A' is correct!! So it was very confusing and made me lose trust. Anyway, I passed the exam, partly due to the videos/lectures here and partly due to me getting another course on Udemy for the practice questions.

I took this course as an integral part of my preparation before taking the GCP Associate Data Practitioner exam (which I passed). The instructor provides a great overview of all services covered on the exam. The practice tests were also very helpful with in-depth descriptions and relevant questions (a few even appeared on the exam word for word). The only reason I rated this not a 5 is that I cannot say this is the only course required to pass the exam, as I also took the Google Cloud Skills Boost course for the data practitioner exam prep. Based on my exam, the biggest discrepancies between this course and the actual exam are EventArc (I didn't see any questions on EventArc) and Looker (multiple exam questions, but only covered briefly in video and not mentioned in the downloadable PDF)

This course is really helping me to understand the basic concepts of different GCP products used for data analysis. Since, I am already working on the Data analysis project at Google it's definetly a value add.

this course is definitely a good start. it gives you the baseline information you need to before digging deeper with more complex courses and you go in with knowledge of the of the platform and now you can fill in the gaps. At least that how it is working for me.

Till Now its good and I am able to understand no problem with it,the notes resource is really good idea.If the csv files of videos where also uploaded in the videos instead to create a new dummy one or find one it would have been nice and also the coding part the copy paste seems like fast if you could have typed and explained the video it would have been engaging and could have understood better.

This course is a great starting point for anyone new to Google Cloud. The instructor explains each concept clearly and uses simple language, which makes it easy to follow. I like how the topics are structured — it builds a solid foundation step by step. The hands-on demos help me understand how things work in real scenarios.

I'm really enjoying this course. It covers all the key topics needed for the Associate Data Practitioner certification. The content is well-organized and the pace is just right — not too fast or too slow. The examples and exercises make the learning more practical. It’s perfect for beginners like me who want to get into cloud and data engineering.
