Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate 2021 (Udemy.com)

Good course, Jacob covers all the topics of the certification and goes very straight to the examples which makes the course very enjoyable and productive. I don't give it 5 stars because I missed an example of setting up a little more complex infrastructure, that involved for example the creation of an Application Load Balancer to distribute the incoming traffic between two EC2 Instances using Terraform

I very much loved the walk throughs of everything. Made it nice and easy to know where I was making mistakes. Also, the assignments didnt stray too far away from the work we did, so I really appreciated that.

The course is good for what the certification is. Compared to other courses for certifications like the CCNP I had paid less for more lab/study materials but to be honest for this study matter you do need to do some of the work yourself and experiment. Maybe an introduction into the terrform paradigm for those that are 100% fresh. Overall good and happy what I got.

O curso é muito bom. O instrutor associa teoria com prática de forma que o curso fica bem dinâmico e interessante. Outra parte bacana é que ao final de cada conhecimento relevante ele passa desafios.

Very clear and simple examples to concentrate on content. Only gripe is that the labs objectives aren't presented before the lab solution. I end up glancing at the answer by accident.

Very interactive course. Very clear lectures and his english is cristal clear. Everything was as expected but the only thing I would recommend is try to learn from mistakes during the lessons, I've seen the same mistake several times with copy and paste; nothing critical. Overall I'm very happy. Congratulations.

Excellent Course, Excellent teacher but there should have been more labs to work with and some more quizzes in between each section to help reinforce topics and if possible some practice questions to help prep for the terraform exam otherwise awesome course.

I've used TF for almost 2 years and never really sat down to prep for the exam. While highly versed in using import in the wild, I definitely still learned a thing or two about modules and variable usage that I missed along the way. This was thorough and I feel like it gave me a better foundation in Terraform. Thank you Jacob!

Simple to understand thankfully. The other courses overcomplicated it so much. Bought 2 courses and could not understand modules. He actually explained the difference between the ../ and the ./ and for someone new with Terraform that's essential. Still going and so far great!!!!

Its really cool to follow this course along with your system installed with Terraform. Complete hands-on and no time waste at all in theory and presentation. One can learn from author's mistakes that are purposefully done to make us understand the basics in every section and then one's own mistakes doing experiments. I followed this course completing every task alongside author in around 6.5 hours or so. The method that author utilised for searching out in Terraform Docs for issues is the best thing for self-learning. Overall a decent course and value for money for IaC beginners and practitioners. I had some experience with CloudFormation which came out to be fruitful here. Thank you for the course!!!
