This is one of my favorite courses Julians. I refer back to it all the time. The meditations here are excellent. Ive studied with a few different teachers on the same subject. Julians meditations are by far the best to prepare you for this work. Hes so generous with his knowledge and experience. I highly recommend doing this course once a week for a few months until it becomes part of your daily routine. The mediations in this course can be used as your go to for all readings. I highly recommend downloading this course for easy access!
