Too manual, conditional formating to colour the cell is a better way to do Gantt Chart

By Frances Leith on 8/7/2020

It covered more than I was looking for which was great. However the order of the course seemed strange - section 6 should have been section 1, explaining how to create a project before producing a Gantt chart. The content/details of particular actions were sometimes rushed through and I could have done with more explanation as to why you needed to do certain things, rather than assume the student knows. I also found it impossible to keep up with it while trying to copy the tasks at the same time - but then that forced me to work it out and remember how to do it afterwards which may have been the aim. Otherwise I found the course very useful and have lots of ideas about how to track projects in the future. Thank you!

The spreadsheets were very blurry and hard to follow in some of the sections. The instructor was very knowledgeable but the blurry screens made it very hard to follow along.

Good demonstration of how Excel can used for project management. However I'm convinced to use MS Project.
