I love short and on the point. I would have loved to get a bit more input on how to best structure an outline so it is appealing to readers. Like how much theory, how many examples, does it need an underlying story, etc...

Lots of good advice but doesn't live up to its title.
Breakdown of each hour's work, (1st hour: Plan, 2nd hour: write)
etc, etc. so (6th hour: final revision then let go)
