iMovie Complete Video Editing Course: Beginner to Pro [2026] (Udemy.com)

This is a great intro to identifying and using different features of iMovie - I have been using iMovie for some time in a basic way, this helps me to understand and use more of the functionality, including different cropping, animating, soundtracks and sound effects. Very clear, straightforward and friendly - easy to follow. Thanks!

The teacher was very good at explaining in simple terms everything that I needed to find out about this software. I learned to use iMovie when it was first released in 1999 and had shied away from the later versions because they looked so different. Now I realise that the software is a lot more sophisticated but still very easy to use.

I don't like vid editing. I don't do it. I have only once done it in 2017. Still, most of this I knew already. I thought I'd get some advance topics like dealing with multiple vids like multiple angle videos during an interview. syncing them. I can't speed up the video without affecting the audio pitch.

I love imovie except that I am having trouble transferring the audio conversation to the clip. I have an orange bar beneath the clip in the top left box. I have tried everything that I can do but to no avail. This transfer of these old home movies is meant to be a Christmas present for our daughters. I am desperate.

I really enjoyed the course especially with all the techniques in imovies for editing. it excites me as I feel i understand imovies better now. Really looking forward to use them in my upcoming videos. Thank you so much for such an amazing class. it is done so simple yet engrosses the student in the lessons really well.

This is a well designed course for total newbies (like me). The instruction is clear and detailed...so far. Learning so much. Now I have all kinds of ideas for my videos. And to think, I was going to pay someone to make an Intro and Outro for my videos. Not any more. I was surprised to find basically a whole other course in the last section, dealing with with Videoscribe. Nice surprise.

Excellent course!! I've tried to play around with video editing in the past and it's always been very confusing and intimidating. This course has really put me at ease and given me the confidence that I never thought I would have. Excellent tutorial. Never thought editing video would be so much easier. The tutorial start with the instructor explaining every small detail about iMovie and its features. Gradually, we get to know advanced video editing techniques. Lastly, he also teaches on how to edit video for different purposes. Thank you Mr Kashif!

The tutorial lets you get a good understanding of iMovies. This is a good class for those who haven't had much experience. The instructor gives explanations with a moderate tempo and voice quality. The lesson doesn't have too many bells and whistles, until getting through the basics of iMovies. Then it goes into VideoScribe which can help those creating a good quality presentation.

I took another iMovie Course but nothing like this course. The instructor created detailed lessons and the speed of his voice was perfect. I could follow without getting rushed or worrying about missing anything! All I have to do is practice and practice now!
