Mastering Integrated Management Systems (IMS) involves merging ISO standards—typically ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), and 45001 (OH&S)—into one unified framework to improve efficiency, reduce audits, and streamline operations. Key steps include identifying scope, gaining leadership support, mapping processes, implementing, auditing, and reviewing for continuous improvement.

I already understand management systems and am looking to manage the integration of these, this would be advantageous to those who are not experienced in management systems. Appears to be an overview of the clauses, mentions of impacts and aspects and emergency preparedness and how these relate to risk but if you do not have knowledge of those processes or what the standards ask for you will not get much from this.

Até o momento tem sido muito aproveitador o conteúdo assim passado sobre a integração desses sistemas (Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional) é uma tendência forte no mercado, pois otimiza processos, reduz custos e aumenta a eficiência. Ter conhecimento nessas três normas me dará uma vantagem competitiva significativa no mercado atual.

The course is helpful for those who need a general and basic knowledge about integrated management systems. There are theories provided in the course but not too enough examples. The English accent of the lecturer is sometimes hard to understand..

Good course and pleasant instructor. But as instructor himself stated, this course is a quick overview of 3 standards. He mostly focused on the common elements, those that help with the establishment of the integrated management system. If you want to know more about each standard and its specific elements and requirements, I guess, you can enroll to his other courses.

As an experienced implementer of ISO9001 and ISO14001 I was looking for more detail on integrating ISO14001 into our existing management system. I will take the suggestions given on board and see how I get on as doesn't seem that complicated once you 'understand' the Standards. Otherwise, a really good, thorough introduction to the IMS standards to those starting their journeys.

Clear explanations with an instructor that you can see loves what he does. Very interesting course and definitely useful. I am someone with no work experience in this field yet, but it was very easy to understand and definitely interesting to learn about this field. Thank you!

For myself personally I think Cristian Vlad Lupa course's are fantastic. Details and Explanations are brilliant. He has made it easy to understand and follow. This will be my second course with him, I was truly excited to see that he had released an Integrated system course, as I have found many of my clients expanding on their 9001 Quality Standard.

Over the past several months I have been writing custom procedures, forms, policies etc. specific to a particular niche and this seminar was incredibly helpful in confirming that my efforts were on track. You are an excellent presenter and I am thankful that I took the time to attend.
