Health-wise I have completed my Trainer Certification as well as Meditation, Fitness Instructor and also Tai-Chi Qi Gong training for relaxation, anti stress and other forms of holistic health practices.

Really enjoy this course specially the last lecture All Together and topic of the ego and the emphasizes on that area. It's so true that we all need training and need to know about info that we don't know regardless of being staff or executive. Cybersecurity breaches are everywhere and very expensive. It doesn’t choose who it happens to whether it’s just a small start-up or multinational . Hackers have devised very sophisticated modern malware tactics ,this course teaches me how to fight against these hackers on my daily life.

Regarding the social engineering part of the course you have stressed out the smokers but there are also work colleagues that are hanging out in bars or other public places and can become an easy victim to a social engineer. I would put it in common sense instruction - "do not talk about work in public or in your free time". Thanks
