This is a clause-by-clause tour of ISO 37001:2025, the certifiable standard for anti-bribery management systems. It runs 54 lectures across eight sections, about 5.3 hours in all, and follows Clauses 4 to 10 in order after a short introduction. Operation (Clause 8) gets the most time, at 71 minutes, covering due diligence, gifts and hospitality, whistleblowing and investigations. It's aimed at compliance, risk and audit people, and at anyone implementing a system or moving one over from the 2016 edition. The syllabus lists no prerequisites, though reviewers say some ISO background helps.

Reviewers like the teaching. Cristian Vlad Lupa works at a certification body, and students call his delivery clear, well paced and backed by real-world examples. One reviewer who already knew anti-bribery systems still said they picked up new points. The slides are downloadable. The complaints are small. One student wanted more samples shown during the presentations, another asked for a quiz at the end of each section, and the course has only three quizzes. Two older low ratings say it assumed an anti-corruption job, and that it should have come in Italian or with translated subtitles.

The 2025 edition is the current version of the standard, and this course covers it in full.
