The most valuable aspect of this course isn't becoming a coding expert, but rather demystifying technology. Valeria Frisch manages to explain concepts that seem like "magic" (such as cloud deployment or microservices) in such a simple way that you lose your fear of talking to a senior developer. She gives you the necessary "dictionary" so you don't feel lost in a technical meeting.

It was really great, and as a recruiter, I found it very easy to understand each topic and how it works. This will definitely help me validate candidates more effectively during screening by understanding their responsibilities and cross-checking them. Overall, I believe this will be very useful for employees with 0–2 years of experience who are starting their career in IT recruitment.

Yes, ofcourse, it is a good match for my profile. This course entitles a wide description on all the IT related terms which makes quite clear about various topics for any Technical Recruiter. One must pursue this course if working in the IT Recruitment field.

The detailed information was very helpful and much needed. However, it's challenging to keep track of everything and not forget this volume of information. Having some main point notes/ general summary after each lesson would be great to always have something to refer back to.

Very informative and well structured course for Recruiters/Talent Acquisition Partners working in industries responsible for the identification and recruitment of candidates in IT, Software Engineering/Dev, AI/ML, Data Science/Engineering, Project Management etc. I've been working in a recruitment role that requires a high-level knowledge in these areas for over a year, and I wish I had of enrolled in this course sooner. I completed this course over the course of a weekend, and by the following Monday, I was already recognising the learning outcomes whilst reviewing resumes/CV's, candidate screening calls, and collaborating with internal stakeholders on HR requirements. Excellent course. Valeria explained each topic on point and it is useful and helpful for my career. But I would recommend that she add roles like System, and network in the course. If anyone is choosing to be an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition in the IT industry it is the best course for you all.

+ Very good course, explained exactly what I wanted to know in a simple way and it was to the point. - Sometimes the voice does not match with what is shown on the screen. - Also it would be great if the downloadable resources includes a table with lists of all the names under: Programming languages, databases, tools, methodologies divided by category. That would help us a lot when we screen CVs, we can just refer to these list to identify what the abbreviation or terminology in the CV refers to.
