An outstanding course that went above and beyond my expectations. The interactive Q&A sessions were extremely beneficial, and the explanations were clear, detailed, and easy to understand.

By Nyaweleni Nengovhela on 8/21/2026

The mock questions were quite helpful in quantifying my grasp after going through the theory first and providing a detailed overview of some of the aspects that may have been obscure during my theory studies.

the mock exam really helps us to understand more about ITIL. Unfortunately there is no explanation / lecture or documentation on what are the difference between ITIL v5 and ITIL v4

I just passed the ITIL V5 Foundation test and I practiced with these 6 mock up tests from the course, thanks for the quality content!

Straight forward and really handy. Similar as the actual exam questions. I've passed ITIL 5 Foundation with a help of these sample papers and obviously course book.

Overall very good, however there are a number of questions that are clearly identified as incorrect. example below Incorrect answer. Review the explanation and resources to learn more. Question 3: A global bank and a cloud provider have been working together for five years. They share strategic roadmaps, co-invest in new capabilities, and have joint governance structures. Neither party uses a standard contract. What type of service relationship is this? Correct answer Basic. Explanation A basic relationship uses standard, off-the-shelf services with minimal interaction. A five-year strategic co-investment is not basic. Your answer is incorrect Collaborative. Explanation A collaborative (partnership) relationship is characterized by strategic alignment, shared investment, joint governance, bespoke services, and high mutual trust. The absence of a standard contract and presence of joint roadmaps confirms this is a partnership

The questions are well‑designed; however, they introduce a higher level of complexity compared to the actual exam. This added difficulty may cause unnecessary confusion. I recommend adjusting the questions to reflect the style and scope of the real exam more closely.

I studied the course content provided by PeopleCert and these mock exams. I personally found the exam questions trickier. One thing this course helped with was identifying obvious incorrect answers and identifying keywords. I passed the exam today and scored 33/40/

By Damir Drljaca on 3/24/2026

I read the PeopleCert ITIL Global Study Guide and took Andrew's 6 Mock Exams. With the help of both, I passed. Thanks, Andrew.

By Will Gersbach on 3/12/2026

Questions are very similar to the actual exam. A noticed a few incorrect answers in one of the papers, but I'm sure they'll be corrected in due course. Highly recommend these mock exams.
