I don't currently have any assignment as consultant and have not so much experience from "real projects". I've been project manager but from a previous company that I've been working 40 years and handling system and environments that I've been learning from the ground. Also the people in the organization was familiar for me with there strength and competence. Therefore it was more easy I gess to handle despite I don't have any formal Project Manager education. So this is much more than I was using, but I can relate some parts from my carrier.
