My career began with a Mathematics degree in 1999, followed by senior leadership roles in multinational banks in London, including positions as Senior Consultant, Department Manager, and Operations Director. In 2007, I transitioned fully into corporate training, delivering leadership development, communication, and team-building programs across Europe for major organizations.

In 2011, I founded Ultimahub, a leading global corporate training provider based in China. Over the years, I’ve partnered with top-tier clients such as Shell, Cisco, Heraeus, Marriott, Chanel, L'Oréal, Virtuos, Publicis Groupe, Santander, Want Want China, Ekornes, Vivaki, Bayer, Shanghai GM, EF, Foreo, and many others.
