i have experience with coding using dreamweaver, wordpress to build website. now i can say am a javascript expert. Nice tutorials am very impressed but i really need to go higher. I also want to appreciate the instructor for a job Weldon and for the advice. Thank you.

This is a great video for anyone who wants to learn or practice the fundamentals of programming. Robin is very good at explaining things and how they work. He does not overwhelm you and have you practice something he haven’t covered. I really enjoy the practice after every few videos because it helps with “muscle memory”.

This is a great course for beginners but in case anyone needs a better hands-on Javascript then probably this course needs to increase the level of toughness at the end. The explanation style of the faculty is great and the practice exercises at the end of each module is a great thing to have in the course. Probably stretching the course a bit more and putting one small project for Javascript practical use-case would be an ideal scenario. Overall I am impressed but there is a huge scope of improvement in the program.

The course is geared for beginners, as the title suggests. It is good for anyone wanting to start from the very beginning again. I know more than the basics of JavaScript and have written some complicated scripts for relevant projects. But often I use forums for solutions or help and modify scripts from others as required to suit. I have done sporadic JavaScript courses here and there, but now going back to basics to learn from the grounds up again. So as to be more comfortable with JavaScript and become a proper and experienced JavaScript Developer. I enjoyed the course. Thanks.

I never reached out directly to the instructor, but the lectures were easy enough to understand and follow. The content was great and easy to follow. I gave it 4.5 stars because I expected more opportunities to apply the content in the lessons, like creating interactive websites aside from prompts/alerts, and also because I don't 100% agree with a few of his earlier explanations. Robin obviously knows his stuff and has the ability to take that knowledge and explain it on a beginner level. 10/10 would take another course from him.

Great for beginners and the pace is just about right for someone like me that has no coding background. I only rated it 3.5 because the course felt somewhat "incomplete" as there wasn't any "challenge" set for Section 7 and the course just ended off there. Otherwise I would have given this course at least a 4 star rating if the ending of the course wasn't so abrupt.

The Instructor was very clear on explaining the concepts of JavaScript and demonstrating how they work. I personally felt that it would stick more if he used these concepts in real world examples. It would've been helpful if he designed a very basic webpage explaining and utilizing these concepts while still including the challenges. Other than that nice job!

I absolutely loved this course. Robin made me feel comfortable enough to relax myself and learn. I do not like getting into a class and the atmosphere is so uptight and jarring. I love the challenges and wish there was more to do! I didn't quite want to finish because I did not want this learning to end. Going to subscribe on youtube and continue to learn as much as I can from him! Thank you so much for your time in these lessons!!

Just saw this course retail for 200 dollars on Udemy. Not a bad course. Pleasant presenter. Easy explanations reinforced by quiz questions. Also, I found the challenges pretty useful. However there is only 2.5 hours of video. IMO this course should be FREE. OR retooled the course to have more beginner material. Maybe 10 hrs of vid content?

Thoroughly enjoying the easy-to-understand examples. I write HTML and CSS, but I want to get a better handle on JavaScript. After completing the course, I have a much better idea of how to write JS and opens a whole new understanding of moving forward in my coding (Node.js, Angular.js, etc.)

This is course is very informative and you actually remember what is said instead of waking up the next day and forgetting everything, its different with this course. I 100% recommend getting this course.

This course is a good match for me. It is simple to follow and very systematic and structured. Perfect course for a beginner!
