Very good course Jeff nicely covered UX perspective with the touch of UI, and having a module on AI and how to leverage things. Instructor Bio
I started my career at the Pentagon, the Department of the Navy, and the Defense Intelligence Agency environments where strategic clarity under pressure wasn't optional. That foundation shaped everything that followed.
Over the past twenty-five years I've worked across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth organizations on four continents, running strategy, UX adoption, and organizational transformation at the senior level. I've briefed the Assistant Secretary of Defense on knowledge management, consulted with GM and the Chicago Board of Trade, and led business intelligence and analytics projects for some of the world's most demanding organizations.
I founded AIDCOM Consulting to bring that depth of experience to bear on the decisions that matter most and I teach on Udemy for the same reason I've always taught: because a well-built framework, clearly explained, changes how people work.
