Very good course Jeff nicely covered UX perspective with the touch of UI, and having a module on AI and how to leverage things. After going through his course especially with AI module came to know the nuances and how AI can help in the Customer Journey maps, Features adoption and the friction related features and how to leverage by using effective AI usage for the User pathways, Bounce rates, Engagement Metrics lot of key intakes. I am currently working on building a product at work where I double hat the role of a facilitator/partner between the users and application build team given the constraints in project resourcing. This adds on perfectly to what I was looking for! Thanks for this course :)

'Quick start' is an apt name for this course.. it's quite simplistic and vague in many ways, but also reminds us of some "fundamental truths". It feels a bit dated in the examples and the whole UI section is not worth your 20 mins unless you're literally just starting in UI design. The instructor is engaging and the lessons are easy to follow along and quick.

Good beginner course with a quick overview of some very valuable thinking points. I'm not giving 5 since I think some topics could use a little more depth and visual examples. E.g. Show a wireframe before user feedback and after to show how feedback can impact designs. Show a UI that does and doesn't meet the users expectation and why. Moreover the course hasn't been updated since 2017 (maybe there have been new developments these last 6 years) so an update would be welcome.

The course was detailing every important aspects of ux and ui design also what should be done first before thinking of building an application. I enjoyed the course and would love to implement all that i learned in my personal project that are based on UX and UI design thinking.

I was particularly keen to go through the early sections to gain better insights of my strengths and blind spots; where I am on the UX/UI spectrum. been doing this a long time; meanwhile an entire industry and framework of methodologies has evolved and I am re-aligning how I work through the lens of these new methods

Amazing! This course gave me a comprehensive quick overview of core values of Design Thinking. I am a designer and enjoyed knowing more about these topics through hand-on experiences that the instructor shares throughout the course. The interviewing skills and tips are invaluable.

Good course to receive a really good basis for User Experience. I agree about design thinking is the appropriate way to receive a better understanding of the user's problem with the aim of create the perfect solution. It may be more efficient some use cases in order to apply that knowledge to the everyday work experience. Thanks a lot

Y luego, las diapositivas que ilustran cada tema o concepto podrían ser más ilustrativas para entender a golpe de vista. Tal y como está planteado es casi todo texto, y creo que en ese caso resultaría más cómodo haber accedido a un material de lectura en PDF, no en video.

Good overview of the theory behind the request for something from management and how it needs to be built by the developers and the issues. it is theory, it may be useful to provide simple case studies demonstrating the theory, this may come later The later part of the course moved from theory to practical, and that reinforced the theories that were presented early. having the question to rate the course in the middle of the course, before it is over, may not be that good of an idea
