Starting off long ago in the clothing industry in NYC, I've traveled the world as a researcher, designer, and product developer. I have a passion for teaching because I love to see that look in the eyes of a student when the lightbulb turns on and they blossom in the world. I'm a storyteller, I'm an artist, I'm a lover of life.
In my tenure in the tech industry I've briefed the Asst Secretary of Defense on knowledge management projects, I've consulted with GM, The Chicago Board of Trade and others, and I've reviewed Business Intelligence and Analytics projects for many Fortune 500 companies.
I am currently the UX and Visual Strategy director for a large BI software company, where I teach classes internationally, make the workflows and usability better in the products, lecture on UX and UI design, and blog for our company website.

Instructor's voice is very clear and easy to listen to. I like the way it is broken down in to smaller sections. The topic is very interesting.

Great course. Short and clear, straight to the point how the UX web or mobile application process works.

By David Hall

Good overview of the theory behind the request for something from management and how it needs to be built by the developers and the issues. it is theory, it may be useful to provide simple case studies demonstrating the theory, this may come later

The later part of the course moved from theory to practical, and that reinforced the theories that were presented early.

having the question to rate the course in the middle of the course, before it is over, may not be that good of an idea

I enjoy the attention to detail. Present the task to learn, teach it, then show an example or it in use. More on UX, UI, and Design Thinking!!
