User Experience Design Essentials - Adobe XD UI UX Design (Udemy.com)

I started this course last year but I wasn't consistent at it. Kept pausing after working on it for so many hours. But now that I've finally sat down and tried it again, I've finally reach the end of this course and it has been a wonderful time learning from Dan. I still have a lot to refine and I know that I'll be coming back to the lessons if I ever forget how to do something. Lol

Very good course, I enjoyed the experience & I have definitely improved my knowledge in UI/UX design. This course has “opened” my eyes as to how it really goes down in the world of UX design or let me say it has given me an insight on how it is. I am looking forward to a successful journey which won’t be easy but with hard work & consistency I will become a solid UI/UX Designer.

This course was like a therapy to my soul. Dan's sense of humor made me laugh all the time. Sometimes tho I had a headache with some lessons (because of the never-ending updates. but at the end of the course there are videos on updates 2021): aside of that, it was really fun and interesting experience. I learned how to use adobe XD and combine it with other Adobe programs; moreover, I learned lots of shortcuts, interesting tips, plugins, and useful resources. I wish Dan had UI/UX Advanced courses.. Many thanks to Teacher Assistants as well. Always detailed answers and supportive feedback! Awesome!

Loved learning UI/UX in Adobe XD from Daniel Walter! He is the amazing instructor and has made the learning experience interesting! His impressive style of teaching even a difficult concept I learnt with ease! Enjoyed working on the exercises and he always inspired us to challenge ourselves to do more! I found encouragement and got clear understanding on the concepts throughout the course!

This course is a great primer for Adobe XD and the UX/UI skillset or field. Daniel is a strong teacher. He lays everything out clearly and takes, in my opinion, the right pace for new learners like me. Additionally, the projects are a great avenue to apply what you've learned and to experiment a little. Learn by doing. I'm quite happy with this course and am grateful to Daniel for making it. If you're reading this, I would strongly encourage you to at least give it a try!

Second, I am not English native speaker, but the way you explained is really easy to understand, only some of steps you spoke too fast and I had to return to watch several times. Last, I know it's such a pain that adobe XD keeps update. There were few lessons I couldn't find the function what you were mentioned. In the end I found the Q&A sections was very helpful. I did the Photoshop Advanced Course and really liked the style of Dan. So, looking for some UX/UI I found this course from Dan about Adobe Xd. I'd use to think this was not the most exciting package of Adobe. My god what was I wrong. The way it is explained in this course and all the possibilities that Dan explains, it is one of the most exciting design packages out there. I did all the class projects like wireframes and complete website / mobile app mock-ups including micro-interactions and I found a new career path. I really love it and I'm looking forward to an Advanced Xd Course. Great work Dan!

Now halfway through the course, I am pleased with the way the course is taught so far! Having zero experience but a strong desire to learn, it was really was geared towards beginners that made it easy to follow along. The only microscopic con I would say is that the Adobe XD version being used is newer than the one shown in the video-- It was a tad bit annoying at first, but I grew to actually like it as it kept me on my toes to learn how to find workaround solutions-- part of what being a UX/UI designer will likely go through. UPDATE- I have finished the course! The course was as advertised i.e. it builds the essential skills of someone at any level from the ground up-- which was paramount for me as I am a raw newbie in the UX field. Dan really explained the steps well. I found doing the projects REALLY beneficial to my own understanding and also a good marker of how well I understood the material thus far when it came to an assignment lecture/project. For anyone looking to break into this field (like me), I STRONGLY recommend this course. I would say that this gives you the basics, but will likely need additional courses (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to really be well-rounded. -Mark L.

This course was really felt like a journey in learning a proper UIUX skills especially for beginners, as well as for those who still feels like wanting a solid & strong foundation of this skills. Every chapter is unique & was really hard for me to skip as everytime I was curious to know what magic Tricks & Tips will Daniel showed up next ( even though he'll asked to go to the next video each time :) A great teacher with full sense of humor, I must admit that it's really hard to try not to laugh along whenever he's fixing out something in the process. I really enjoyed his course, comfortable with his way of teaching & now feel more confident with the new UIUX skills all because with the help of Mr Daniel Walter Scott. Definitely will buy his others courses in the future. Million thanks Daniel!
