I feel that the course offers very interesting topics and the downloadable material is very good. However, I think that since German is a language with a strong emphasis on pronunciation, that is what is missing. Many words are not very clear in terms of how they are pronounced because they are only pronounced once or twice, and very quickly, which doesn’t allow students to analyze each individual sound. Therefore, especially in the animated videos, the pronunciation is too fast. Sometimes, it doesn’t allow learners to properly imitate the sounds.

Hello dear students,
learning German can often feel like a complex and daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be! With over 10 years of experience as a German teacher, and 5+ years of creating engaging online courses, I've had the pleasure of guiding over 80,000 students from more than 170 countries on their journey to mastering the German language. My name is Julia, and I'm a native German teacher from a lovely town close to Frankfurt am Main in Germany.
Simplicity, clarity, and structure are some of the main ingredients for my German courses. I've taken the essence of the German language and broken it down into easy-to-understand components, providing clear explanations that get straight to the point.
Everything is laid out in a clear, structured manner, covering all levels from beginner A1 to intermediate B2, ensuring a step-by-step progression that caters to your individual learning pace, while the courses are build on the each other.
But learning German isn’t just about grammar and vocabulary; it's about opening doors to new opportunities, understanding a rich culture, and forming lasting connections with people from around the world. Imagine being able to communicate confidently in German, unlocking doors to new opportunities, cultures, and friendships. I am here to make that journey as straightforward and enjoyable as possible for you.
