Laia Vilarrubi

Hello, this is Laia.

It's a pleasure to be part of your professional career journey!

As an HR professional and HR Consultant, I've partnered with managers and leaders across industries to navigate the full spectrum of HR — from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation, policy design, and culture-building.

My work has always been hands-on: coaching leaders through difficult conversations, identifying learning and development gaps, and helping organisations build the structures and habits that make teams thrive.

Today, I bring that same depth of experience to GeekFox — an HR & Recruitment Agency operating worldwide. We work with companies to attract the right talent and implement people management strategies that strengthen organisational structure from the inside out.

I strongly believe that learning and education are the pathways to pursue, both for professional development and personal growth. I have a strong passion for learning and connecting with inquisitive individuals who possess an unwavering desire to acquire new knowledge.

I enjoy teaching topics I am passionate about, especially HR, Management & Leadership, and Sustainability.

I hope you enjoy my courses!
