As an HR professional and HR Consultant, I've partnered with managers and leaders across industries to navigate the full spectrum of HR — from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluation, policy design, and culture-building.

The course provided a good basic overview with practical examples, which helped me relate the concepts to real workplace situations. However, I felt it was more introductory in nature, with limited depth on advanced HR practices and systems.

Yes, this course is a great match for me. I've been a HR Specialist at my small company (50-100 employees) for about 3 and half years, and this course gives great insights and downloadable resources for any HR professional who is trying to learn how to successfully run a HR Department. I've been in HR since the age of 18 (military) and transferring to the civilian side of HR, there are a lot of changes and different processes. This course so far gives a lot of valuable information for all HR professionals.

I enjoyed the course but I am disappointed that resources for download are mentioned in some of the lectures and there are no resources attached.

This would have been a helpful course at the beginning of my time in Human Resources. This course would be great for a brand new employee to gain a general knowledge of Human Resources or for a student who may be interested in the field to gain a brief overview of the department.
