The instructor definitely know SQL. However, I provided 2.5/3 starts because more examples were needed for each session; in addition, to interactive sessions such as entering queries to test our knowledge of comprehension.

It has been a very good match for the skill set aimed to achieve, i was expecting there will show us how to download a mysql database and setup a practice environment on how to test what is been thought. I believe we learn better by demonstrating what is been shown by the instructor. i hope this maybe considered in the review of this lecture. I will also like that you add some assessment to help students know their knowledge gap.
