The course itself is good. I liked the beginning much more than the rest tho. I am much more interested in learning about the technical side of LLMs rather than getting several showcases of ChatGPT and so on. They aren't bad, I just don't care as much. A problem I noticed was that Arnold mispronounces and misspells a good amount of words which was a little annoying but not impossible to get over.

Very good course, would give 5 stars, but not all information is up to date as promised (compensated for it by watching other YouTube tutorials). But it's understandable - the course contains much information about AI, and AI changes fast, not easy to update if you need to do other jobs.

Pretty average. Too much theory so that Arno is only reading material texts aloud. This is somethings that gives very little for the student. I was expecting coding exercises but there were not at all. Of course it's my mistake to expect something not promised. Positive things are that Arno is good teacher and I'd like to listen him.

Comprehensive and Insightful, but With Some Caveats This course covers a wide range of material and offers valuable insights—overall, a great learning experience. However, it's worth noting that some content appears to be repurposed from Arnold Oberleiter’s other courses, which may feel repetitive if you're already familiar with his work. In the final section, the discussion around AI increasing productivity and reducing costs is interesting but somewhat one-sided. While automation can lead to cheaper goods and services, it’s important to acknowledge the broader economic implications—particularly job displacement. For instance, if companies like the Commonwealth Bank of Australia replace call center roles with AI, those affected may struggle to participate in the economy, regardless of lower prices. Economic sustainability depends not just on affordability but also on income distribution.

Thank you for sharing such valuable insights in a clear and accessible manner. The 20 hours spent in your course brought back fond memories of my time in Frankfurt during the early '90s with my German friends. I also want to commend you on your excellent command of English—delivering a course in a non-native language is truly impressive and speaks to your expertise and dedication. I look forward to participating in more of your courses in the future and have already recommended you to my colleagues.

I feel the title of "Mastery" is not an accurate representation of the content presented. I feel there is value in taking the course and would recommended it to many people. I feel it is lacking for a developer or someone who is familiar with LLMs but looking for a deeper dive. I feel everything was too surface level for this group, but great for someone getting started.

I enjoyed this course very much and learned a great deal. I feel that I am now equipped to go on and find out more because I now have a solid basis on which to build my knowledge. I found Arnie an excellent guide to the world of AI. I particularly liked this approach to summarising and recapping to ensure I came away with the really important learnings. If the course was so good then how come I did not give it Five Stars? Well, I would have liked to, but I could not complete some elements of the course. I wasn't too bothered about Zapier, but not being able to follow along step by step with Google Colab and Flowise was a frustration for me and I do feel I have missed out. Some of this is not Arnie's fault of course, the world of AI moves to quickly that any course would be out of day quite quickly, but I do feel these this has left two large gaps in my knowledge. On the bright side, this has encouraged me to try and learn more, and as well as buy another couple of Arnie's courses, I am investing time and money into learning Python.

Amazing course. Starts casually presenting stuff superficially, and gradually sinks in the subject until you just wake up making AI flows without even realizing it. It covers theory, practice and also gives a lot of personal opinions on different subjects, as well as best practices.

By Marcelo Rivadeneira on 8/21/2024

This course will teach you how to dive into the brave new ocean of LLMs. Arnie does a fantastic job covering a wide variety of relevant and up-to-date topics in a straightforward yet informative way. I have taken many online courses; this is one of the best.

By Paul Haydock on 7/17/2024

This course is AMAZING! Arnie is a great teacher, who explains things in simple terms using pictures and analogies. He gets right to the core principles, and avoids jargon & other fluff. 100% recommended. (I've already shared with many of my friends!)
