I learned a lot in this course. Actually more that I expected. I came in to the course knowing for sure what franchise I wanted but the course gave me a lot to think about and look into to help determine the right franchise for me. The only down side is that the video just stopped out of no where on each section at least once. I had to fast forward a few seconds to get it going again. The informational slides were a little small but that could just be my old eyes. Other than that I enjoyed all the information and can't wait to utilize what I have learned when it is time.

Mark Dresdner is an award winning franchise expert. He has served on a Franchisee Advisory Council, provided strategic consulting to the CEO of the #4 ranked New Franchise in 2017 by Entrepreneur, and won the Rookie Franchisee of the Year award in his first year as a franchisee.
He has He brings a broad set of entrepreneurial experiences. Mark is a hands-on entrepreneur with experience spanning startups to Fortune 500 firms. He has been a startup CEO, worked as a management consultant at Accenture, led revenue strategies globally at Starwood Hotels and at a $1B aviation company, and guided growth at a portfolio companies held by private equity and venture capital firms.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia (Valedictorian) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (Beta Gamma Sigma).
