Course Description
People that are skilled at outsourcing can be 10x more efficient than those who are not. Knowing how to outsource effectively is an incredibly useful skill whether you're an entrepreneur, a manager, a marketer, or small business owner. Being able to incorporate outsourcing into your project, your business, or even your job can dramatically change your rate of success.
Cost is often the single largest factor in whether or not a project succeeds or fails. By mastering outsourcing you can virtually guarantee that you get the lowest and most reasonable price every time you launch or engage in a project.
Learn how to outsource and you'll make magic with your project's to-do list. You'll be able to hit goals sooner while spending a fraction of what you planned. Save your project by going lean and shifting your attention and resources to other crucial areas.
Website development, mobile app development, logo design, market research, customer feedback, email marketing, sales, promotion, scheduling, editing, proofreading, ghostwriting, interviewing, application testing, bookkeeping, employee vetting - these are just some of the things you can outsource.
Virtually every company and startup outsources in some way. Outsourcing has endless possibilities - you just need to know how to use it.

Evan Kimbrell
Hi, I'm Evan Kimbrell. Thanks for checking out my course.
**My courses have been featured in Forbes, CNN, Entrepreneur Magazine, BusinessInsider, BuzzFeed, Mashable, TheNextWeb, The Daily Beast, & Techcrunch**
Currently, I'm the Founder and Director of Sprintkick, a full-service, referral-only digital agency based out of San Francisco. Over the past four years I've overseen the development and launch of over 100 web and mobile apps. Clients range from two-man bootstrapping startups to multibillion dollar Fortune 100s like Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, and GNC.
Prior to Sprintkick I worked as a VC for a new firm called Juvo Capital, based out of L.A. I spearheaded the firm's expansion into Silicon Valley and into the Consumer Web tech category.
In the long long ago, I was a co-founder for an educational software startup called ScholarPRO that raised a ton of money and then spectacularly blew up (in the bad way). Before it exploded like the Death Star, I went through five tech incubators (yes, five): Tech Stars, Excelerate Labs, MassChallenge, Babson Venture Program, and Sparkseed.
Hope you enjoy my courses!

The instructor does explain outsourcing well in the first few sections. The different freelancer services in online platforms are nice to know. However, the course lectures are long and repetitive in some sections without any added value.

Good course with a lot of nice pointers. However, I thought it was more up to date than it was when I started. For example Asana as a project management tool. The version he explains is years old. Elance that he talks and shows a lot does not exist anymore and is a part of Upwork.

I realised early on that outsourcing doesn't fit my idea but decided to finish the course because I might take advantage of outsourcing later in the future. The course itself has a very good structure and Evan is a great teacher with so much valuable experience under his belt, not to mention the entrepreneurial knowledge as well. He really guides you through almost anything that may come up when you enter the world of outsourcing.

I have several app ideas that ive been wanting to bring into reality. I have stayed away from contracting my ideas out, as the unknowns were terrifying. Going through Evan's course has obliterated many of these concerns and built the confidence required to step out. The first half of the lectures weren't providing the information that I was after and I lost momentum for a few months. I came back determined to finish and found that the latter half of the course contained the more detailed step by step insight that I was wanting. Thanks to Evan and his team for sharing this vital information!

I must of known more about out sourcing than I thought as I could watch it at a good pace, its a very in-depth course, only thing is Elance and Odesk merged into Upwork a few years back meaning this is due for an update to names only, but the core elements are still relevant. thumbs up!!

Evan is an outstanding instructor that goes very in depth on each topic, without ever straying from main concepts. Great organization, fantastic information and personally helped me correct course on my own ventures. Thank you Evan!

This is my second course with Evan and I am getting a ton of value from this one as well. Evan's frontline experience on the subject has allowed him to avoid fluff & filler...a common issue with most online courses. Keep up the good work!
By Ted Banucci on 3/22/2017
Evan is a good instructor and it seems like he has a wealth of experience. I wish that he took us through more back-and-forth with a real world outsourced app so we could see each step more clearly. Obviously this would not have answered all the problems that can arise, but it would show us more of the process. I appreciate all of the nuggets from this course and learned a lot.
By Matthew Cox on 3/1/2017
I have finished approximately finished 60% of the course and I am already applying the knowledge. I hired one designer from Serbia and I have hired a virtual assistant from the Philippines. Great information and easy to apply. Loved it.

This is the only best course on Udemy teaching you everything about outsourcing, inside out. From your point of view, from the contractor's point of view, lots of hands-on tips and experience shared inside the course. I just used the knowledge I got in the course found out one of the best candidate! Thanks Evan for the great course! Bob
