nice presentation though sometimes the speaker forgot his line or what hes saying but he apologized immediately

This course was very informative, and straight-forward. I have walked out of this training with a much better understanding of health insurance. However, there were times where the instructor's device was going off during the presentation and it felt as though he was reading off of notes very quickly. Overall I still did enjoy the information provided by his course.
