Zwraca uwagę na kluczowe elementy tego systemu przesadzające czy KPI będą tylko kolejnymi wartościami, których nikt nie rozumie czy wartościami, dzięki którym organizacja może podejmować świadome decyzje biznesowe. Po tym kursie masz zaczyn do dalszego studiowania tego obszaru.

The instructor has a clear understanding of business systems and how to drive organizations to success. He gives a range of examples from his own career; different clients from different industries, their problems and how they tackled them. Absolutely helpful!

I really enjoyed this course. The speaker is emminently qualified. A world leading expert who has been there and done that woth KPIs. World leading experts are exactly who you should learn from and this course gave me a great introduction to KPIs for my work. I received useful templates, great examples, and was able to immediately apply everything. I plan to practice what I've learnt and revise the material. I'd recommend this course to anyone who would like to get started with KPIs it really helped me.

it was good enough for learning what is KPIs , but we miss here the real application of KPIs , and only focusing on the customer service satisfaction. i wish if there was more full practical case studies and covers essential steps for identifying and developing KPIs

The best thing about this course is that it’s more beneficial to focus on outcome & value instead of input or activities, and this lead to more meaningful KPIs. I suggest in this course , some more detailed examples to go through the templates; this is becoz the examples shown here seems not very concrete , and too simple .

365 does great in two ways. Firstly they communicate the course content in a story style. Secondly they use animations to visualize the story. That is why I am surprised that this course doesn't tell a story nor use animations to communicate the course content. I hope that this course will be updated later so that it builds its content based on a story with animations. Keep the great work going!

Great course for someone who is new to KPIs. Lots of great examples and helpful tips along the way. Would like to have more resources and copy of some of the visuals used. While examples are great, 3-4 different examples was repetitive. Overall enjoyed the course!

An excellent course! Bernarr explains step by step how we should choose what KPls to include in a report. It was always a problem for me to distinguish between important and unimportant ones and I would always end up including too many of them, which resulted in not seeing the wood for the trees. Now I know how to approach this kind of tasks and it is very important to me when I create visualisations in financial projections and business plans for clients.
