I had very fair knowledge of the M365 but after this course, got some good knowledge along with simulation. I do recommend this course.

By Thomas Nilsson on 9/8/2026

It is meant to be a start in to Azure world from physical servers time. Would be a five and that are two things about simulations. First is that none was able to finish. I know it isn't needed but still would be much better if the last box was clickable and showing that I finished it. Number two, also simulation. Example: Instead of showing "Next" with a red box around, why not only have text, click the next button. And then the student need to find it. If it is to write a policy called Security, let the student write that instead of just click on a red row. After 15 clicks I have no idea what I am doing.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Johns course from start to finish. While it stays at a surface level, it gave me a solid grasp of what to expect when working hands-on with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration. The hands-on labs were especially helpful for building practical confidence rather than just theory. A great starting point for anyone looking to break into or get familiar with M365/Azure admin work.

Going through a brief history of networking through today's technology made it easier to understand what worked in the past and why it required updating.

By Danny Guynes on 6/25/2026

The core information has been fine thus far, but there has been a lot of fluff talk around the core information and extraneous discussion about how some people can't do this and can't do that, and how the instructor can't do this or that, instead of just stating what can and cannot be done in a more succinct manner. Feel as though the time to get through Section 1 could be half the amount of time. I do like the overall instruction though ... just easy to tune out of the instructor since a lot of the information is just extraneous.

By Krystelle Chelsea Olivares on 6/23/2026

I loved how thorough this course was. He updated it many times, added more videos and always made sure that the things we learned were up to date. Really good simulations and I really do commend your effort and passion in the way you teach. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if I could, thank you so much!

By Ngoy Mongyumba Serge on 5/4/2026

Avec ce cours de 10h , ça m'a permis de mettre de mettre de l'ordre dans ce que je connaissais et apprendre d'avantage sur l'administration dans Microsoft 365.

By Mario Uribe on 4/14/2026

The course was good, and informational. I feel that the simulations were too easy and it would be great if there was an option where you aren't being led through the task so you can test yourself on being able to do it on your own.

By Florence Mohe on 1/20/2026

This course has taught me a lot and the acquired knowledge will be useful for other Microsoft 365 courses and certifications.

By Michael Sanchez on 1/9/2026

This was a great "bring me up to speed" course. Having been mainly a on-prem admin, then moving to full on support for five years. I am now trying to get back into administration so updating my knowledge. Thank you!
