The topics are covered in detail, however the course manages to cut the topics in small lectures and keeps you on track. Also, the references to Microsoft documentation is a valuable hint, as M365 changes rapidly. The underlying concepts are presented as to really understand what you do when configuring M365. A great and worthwhile course. I really enjoyed it.

This is an amazing course. I like his teaching style. He is easy to understand with clear accent. He 1st explains theoretical aspects of the topic and goes for hands-on simulations. The good thing is that he didn't used zooming option in this course expect for Section 15 but that's ok. I have previously taken the MS-203 Course from John and was very disappointed. In that course he used zooming in all videos. John, please don't use zooming for your videos, it's very distracting and also when you click any button like "Next, Create, etc." the cursor is showing something else, not where you are clicking, or the button is not in the picture at all. I hope that you will not use zooming in your future courses. For Practice Labs I want to say that they were way too easy, they were just a repetition of the demos in their respective topic. You can put up a bit challenging tasks for Labs, may with a different option than which you are selecting in your demos. Anyways, this was an amazing course and I really enjoyed watching this course. Simulations are were also very good. Thank you for putting up a very good course.

John is a great instructor. I just passed MS-500 exam today. John delivers great content, at a very good pace, and makes it logical to understand. I will definitely come to him for my next raining, tbd. John is a first class trainer, no doubt about it. While training for a certification exam, I don't think any instructor will be enough to pass the exam if you just listen to the lecture. I think you have to listen to the lecture, read the corresponding Microsoft Learn path, follow the labs, and practice (a lot). Thanks John, see you in the next class.

Thanks a lot John for making a course for us, it very informative and you tried your best to cover all the topics. I have learnt lots of thing from your course. It’s encouraged us to go for the MS certification. Technical content point of view your course is awesome, however I was getting very low voice even I tried with the multiple Laptop. Please going forward add summary in end of each section also include a complete summary at the end of the course. It’s very helpful for us in many ways. It gives re-cap of entire section. If you go for interview, course can we revise in very short time.

I passed today with a score of 778. These videos helped a lot to understand the concepts and components of the exam. They also helped a lot with navigating the 365/Azure environment. I STRONGLY recommend that you go though some of Microsoft's Learn documents to deep dive into these topics and I would also strongly recommend that you do a few practice tests (There are a few good ones here on Udemy, just make sure that they are up to date). All in all, these videos of John were amazing, and I would definitely support him again. Please make sure that you are fully prepared. The exam was tough.

Its a great course. Lots of learning. Love the way the whole course is designed that he explained the concept and then takes you to the interface and go through all that. ONLY ONE DISADVANTAGE: I know, lots are being changed by Micorosoft on weekly basis, however it will be great, if the course get updates more regularly.

Section 16 regarding on-prem infrastructure was gold. Coming from a non-IT background, this information was invaluable to me. It was explained well, and helped fill in some of my knowledge gaps. The interactive labs were helpful, but sometimes slightly off topic from the associated lecture material. They were helpful to follow along within my own test environment. IIRC The MS-500 asks / expects in-depth knowledge of networking configurations in Azure &/or on-prem in conjunction with resources such as VMs. It would be beneficial to cover more of that topic area. Overall, it was a good course.

Covers a lot of good material. Like mentioned throughout the video MS changes their portal and GUIs so frequently that some stuff is now in different totally areas or appears different vs the walk through videos. This is a common theme across nearly all of the online training for Azure certs w the exception of MSlearn (which can be information overload). I think this is a good resource to use coupled with Whizlabs practice exams and MSlearn to kind of top off on what areas you are still struggling with as a last resort. Would def recommend this course as part of the overall training for MS500.

It was really great to know about the overall concepts of M365 Security Admin parts. I appreciate your effort and great lectures. I will pass the exam MS-500 soon like I passed MS-700 after listening to your lectures before. I hope to see you next time when I need to study for other certification exams.

This is a very good overview of topics and hands-on experience that Microsoft Learn does not provide. I'm not sure if the depth is quite enough to pass the MS-500, but I feel I have a much better understanding of the many topics, tools, services, and components necessary for becoming a certified Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate. Coupling this with other resources, I do think this will have been a great help and built a strong foundation for preparing for my first certification after a few years in the field. Time will tell! Thanks John! This was a very enjoyable and quality course.
