I struggled to manually register PDUs. On the "Course or Training" screen, when manually entering information into the "Provider" and "Course" fields, it is best to move to another input field immediately after typing. If you leave the cursor in the field, an automatic search triggers, causing your manual entry to be erased.

Great course - provides overall step by step guidance and training with practical activities to implement the learning - but this will take you much longer than 4.5hrs! Well worth the time - thank you!

Joseph Phillips did a fantastic job with this course! I learned a lot and I appreciated the presentation format. He would provide a summary of what was to come for each section, and his overall presentation incorporated aspects of project management that for me, was a good review. I highly recommend this course. I did learn some very good skills.

Learnt a lot of new stuff and the course was great. Also, towards the end of the course, while teaching us to build the project charter, scope, risk log etc., the course reinforced these concepts of Project Management. These were the good parts. I would personally have wished a few more sections teaching us how to use mathematical formulae and logical formulae and certain tips and tricks so that the course was comprehensive or maybe they have another course for learning the mathematical and logical formulae and a reference where we could learn about those. On the whole a very very good course but I'm just short of a five-star for the points mentioned above.

As an experienced UX designer, but an Excel novice, this course demystified nearly everything about a daunting application. While presented in a Windows environment, i had little problem finding the Mac versions of the features with a little exploration. A massively valuable course with a small time commitment – i will be recommending it to other Excel-phobes.

I took this course thinking it was geared towards people working in Project Management, with PMI knowledge, who are looking for how to apply Excel as a Tool in their project management. I found a lot of high level discussion on PMI terminology and topics, and lot of super basic Excel stuff, then when we get to topics like analysis, dashboard creation, report generation etc., the lecture was quick and high level. I just found that the time spent on Practical Application of Excel was far less than the time spent discussing PMI information and very basic Excel uses.
All of the instruction was to lead to building a custom dashboard for your projects. But we never actually talk about it! We learn all of the pieces, but not any guidance on what to put in or how to put together a dashboard. As soon as we talk about the last exercise, we shift gears and start talkin about a Risk Register.
The speedometer is a helpful thing to have learned, as was the camera feature.

This is an easy and very practical course. Lots of hands-on practices are packed into 5 hours of instructions. The included examples are very helpful for practice before we use the learned knowledge for our own projects!

Course should be named Basic Graph Formatting. 4h of basic formatting and 30 mins of excel use in PM. Would not recommend.

It is a very basic training, It doesnt really get in depth about excel features for project management and most of it focuses on really basic things that any excel training could teach you. Examples for PM are rare.
